+ -1 moreWe felt that if he was any kind of representation of this "family-based" company, then the whole company was bad. The worst company I have dealt with in Vegas so far! And estimates were very high priced!
Description of Work: We contacted this company for monthly lawn and yard maintenance, and the owner personally came over. After discussing all of our needs and price, he made a commitment to come over and start on the work, but there were 1000 excuses on a weekly basis on why he did not show up or EVEN call. He tries to portray himself as an honest company, letting you know he was "retired" military. One extra job we wanted him to do was to plant grass seed before the weather got too hot. With all his delays, the hot summer weather began, and the grass could not be planted. What was SO bothersome about him was that he promised to come time after time, and would never show! He never had the professionalism to just say "I can't or don't want to do the job." Especially since time was a factor. He also will give you this spill that he is the owner and it is family based, and he trains members of his family, so they, in turn, can open their own company.

+ 1 moreHeavenly Lawn Care does such a great job that we often have neighbors complimenting our lawn and the way it looks. We feel they are experts in their field and are quite knowledgeable. We know our plants and bushes are in great hands. If there is nothing that needs to be done in our yard because of the season, they don't try to take advantage of us and charge for nothing.
Description of Work: They provide lawn care including trimming bushes, fertilizing plants, and up keeping our desert landscaping.
