Tal Harel Plumbing & Heating was recommended to me by a friend. I called Tal at night when my water heater burst and water was pouring from it in our garage. He offered to come to turn off the water but I asked for his instructions and he guided me via phone. We gave me a price that was acceptable. We scheduled date, time for him to come to replace it which was early the next morning. He and his staff member were here and finished under an hour and a half which included removal of current water heater and installing the new one. Couldn't have gone better - I called Tal in the morning (after waking up to a flood), he came in the early afternoon, apologizing that he couldn't get there sooner. In about 10 minutes he solved the problem. No overcharges, no unnecessary "extras", he simply fixed the problem and was extremely reasonable and fair. After having so many unscrupulous plumbers in the past, it was truly a relief to find one that is experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, persable, and most importantly, honest. He even called a few days later to make sure that everything was fine. He's our plumber now for life, and I highly recommend him!

Tal was recommended to me by the Water Heater Pros as he could come out to do the work that day. I didn't know what was up with his truck that said something about bail bonds on it and I had to snicker at that. He doesn't wear a uniform with a company logo on it. He looks like a young man who works hard. He's quiet and very polite. He removed my old water heater and took off to purchase another. He said no Home Depot water heaters. ?What I got was not anything like what I had. This one looks "serious". I call it my "honkin" new tuff stuff water heater - color coordinated (is grey). The installation was also completely different - fancy and professional. I've got a belt and a drip pan I never had before, heavy duty connectors, and he said that it? was now " up to code".? Very impressive.? Night and day compared to the previous installation and heater.? He said I'd have water in half an hour and left. I thanked him and waited . .? . . . and waited . . . .no hot water.? Bummer.? I called him the next day and told him and he was there in ten minutes! He started pulling apart my fancy new water heater. He found nothing wrong - it was my electrical. It checked out okay, but it wasn't okay. And he couldn't find what was wrong till he tore it apart! I told him I'd have an electrician out the next day, not to worry. He said no, you're going to have hot water tonight. I didn't know he also did electrical. Long story short he called in an electrician he knows. It's now after dark.? They put their heads together, found out what was wrong, replaced some parts . . . . and I now have hot water. . . . . .at no extra charge.? Just another smile and? "You've got hot water now . . . see ya!" Just the best.
