I had a woman on June 19. She was nice but her work was slap-dash and sloppy. I spent all the next morning cleaning what she had done and what she hadn't done. I paid for four hours and she was out my door in 3-1/2. I would never have this company again!!!!

Not good she didn’t do anything I asked for when I called to make appointment. She stayed longer then she was to I would never use them again

The company might have good people but the person who came didn't know where he began. It seemed like he didn't know what to do. He kept going back and forth around the house. He concentrated more on the floors but they were not even that clean. They might be good at cleaning but probably not a deep clean.
Description of Work: I needed a construction cleanup. He did the living room and the floor still looks a mess. He didn't move three items I had in my den. He just did not do the job I asked for. My bathroom still has water all over the floor and water on the countertop where the sink is and one out of the two mirrors were not touched. Its one thing to miss one thing but he missed too much.

I contacted Handy and booked a service after my regular housecleaning services had to cancel on the day that I have an out of town visitors arriving. Handy scheduled to arrived at 5:30 pm, less than 1 hour before they were due to arrive, I received an email indicating that they needed to reschedule the appointment for 4 days later. My company will have left by then, so their is no need for their services at that time. I am unable to cancel the booking though their website and can only cancel the booking if I download their app to my phone, which I have no intentions of doing. They already billed my credit card, so now I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company, Fire beware.
