Halcyon Plumbing

I just happened to check one of the 150 gallon water heaters in our house's mechanical room and saw that the pan on which it rested was nearly full of water. I called Halcyon and a plumber was dispatched to my house in less than two hours. The problem was simply that this water heater had "died" and was leaking; a replacement was needed. The plumber reconfigured the water heating system, providing us with adequate hot water until a replacement could be installed. The CEO of Halcyon made it his mission to secure a new water heater as quickly as possible (150 gallon units are not generally available). He was able to find one within 24 hours and have it installed that same day. Of particular note, given the enormous size and weight of this water heater, five of his employees at other sites had to be pulled off their jobs for a couple of hours in order to remove the old heater and place the new one in its stead. This is not the first time I have used Halcyon; in fact, the company has been my plumber for eight years. Halcyon's service has always been outstanding -- the plumbers are knowledgeable and efficient, and the company's responsiveness and integrity beyond reproach. I strongly recommend Halcyon as the first plumber to be called.

The plumber came to my home two hours after being called and was on time. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the sprayer has worked flawlessly ever since. He and his helper left the premises spotless. The price was very fair. This was only the latest of several times I have used Halcyon Plumbing. In every instance, the work has been performed right the first time (no follow-ups) and the cost of the repairs has been extremely reasonable. Halcyon is a fairly big plumbing contractor in Las Vegas and has an extensive new construction business, so doing repairs is not their biggest activity. Nonetheless, the plumbers are real professionals -- even doing simple repairs. I cannot recommend Halcyon Plumbing highly enough.
