great this person did more than expected to help me on a filter that I could not get open. Came before expected, showed me the part to be replaced and what was wrong with it before replacing it. Checked everything twice to see if it was working before leaving.

One company, two Ryans. Hacienda Air on a scale from 1 to 10 where 10 is the best, this company is a 92. One of the most gracious, humble, honest companies I have dealt with in a very, very, very long time. Ryan, the general manager, is very kind and truly a pleasure to work with. And then there’s chief technician Ryan who replaced the motor and made sure everything was working properly before he left our home. Technician Ryan Lum of Hacienda Heating & Air just left my house. My heater had gone out and he fixed it. As a long time Vegas resident I have had many (too many) repair people come to my house. Not only did he fix it but I know enough to see that he did not try to expand the job. He replaced the part that was broken. And even though the job was far from free I don't feel gouged like I have with previous companies' bills. Before he left I told Ryan like I'm going to tell you: When the next problem arises, (summer ac probably) I will feel good about calling him again. And that's a first.

I have used hacienda air for many year in Henderson. I was so thankful that they are licensed in Boulder City as well. Love these guys. They are honest, fair, & punctual.

Hacienda Air showed up within the designed time. The technician explained what was wrong in plain and simple terms. Repair was quickly done. I am very happy with the results.

The tech gave me the price to change out the thermostat. I was busy moving, but I elected to change the unit myself with no pressure at all from the tech. I used this company four or five times before and they have always treated me honestly and repaired my unit correctly each time. They don't work for free, but they are not trying to sell you a new ac unit when you only need a $150.00 repair. I referred Hacienda Air to my neighbor and he couldn't be more happy. He had a different contractor out there for a warm bedroom last year, and yes his contractor wanted to install a $3000 ductless system to make this warm bedroom more comfortable. They never went into his attic to check anything out, but Hacienda did and fixed some faulty ductwork and charged him 150 dollars out the door! This guy would have paid for a new ductless system, he was all set up for the taking! Hacienda Air is a small company with exceptional, honest and well trained employees. I never met the owner, but I have to believe that is where great things start? Great job Hacienda Air! Thanks for not being crooks and earning it the old fashion way! You earned my confidence.

Hacienda Air came to my residence to do a A/C inspection. They were punctual, honest, and very helpful. I would recommend them and use their service again.

They're reasonable and have good values. I purchased a contract with them. They didn't try to oversell me. They're trustworthy.

They were very nice. They were busy and were a little late, but they did called to let us know.
