Chris was our water technician. He was a joy to work with. Very professional and very very knowledgeable. Blake was our installer and he was very kind and was very helpful troubleshooting for us. H2O to Go has hands down THEE best customer service we have ever experienced. Thank you so much!
Now as for the water quality. My hair and skin have never looked and felt better! Getting a water softener is truthfully a game changed and I would recommend this to anyone! Especially my ladies!

H2O to Go came highly recommended from neighbors and friends and in our experience they lived up to expectations. We worked with Drew to find the right system for our home and he did not disappoint. Drew was knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful. We also really appreciated his follow up visit to see how the system was working post-install. The quality of our water is starkly different from what it was before. This system was worth every penny!

Description of Work: I wanted an all inclusive price for a saline (salt) based water softener. That is exactly what I got. I called at approximately 0900 in the morning and Tom arrived at 1200 to explain options and characteristics of their systems. Their systems are built by Nugen in Utah and seem to be desert specific; notably the high desert of Las Vegas, Nevada. I picked out my system and opted out of the promotional reverse osmosis system to bring the cost down. Their experienced and capable technician arrived somewhere between 1630-1700 that evening and installed my system in an excellent highly competent fashion. I have yet to enjoy the FULL benefits of the system as the hot water heater needs to be depleted of its reservoir of hard water first; that should take only a day or two as we are a small family. I am pleased and impressed and at this juncture I highly recommend H2O to Go should anyone be contemplating a finely built and installed water softener.
