Install was fast and professional, great service. One small follow up note. If the H2O to Go sales person offers you an incentive for your purchase such as a $100 pizza and movie rebate offer, or something similar. Double check to see if the offer is from INTERNATIONAL REBATES. If it is, then just know that the process to getting the rebate will be extremely cumbersome and very likely that you won't ever get your rebate. International Rebates is well known for making the rebate process so difficult that you just give up on the process and never receive your rebate. That is the process that I'm currently going through. :-( It might be better to ask for an additional $100 off the purchase price or something else instead of taking the rebate offer.

I highly recommend them. They were excellent. They were really professional and way better than anyone I have previously used. They will now continue to deliver salt to us and service our water softener.

From bid to install the whole process went very smooth. Our sales Person, Toni was professional, explained everything and did not apply high pressure to close. In fact it took about three weeks to make a decision. She only checked back once or twice and again no pressure. The install was on time and the job was done professionally and well. They even installed a soft water bib in the garage ( no charge) to wash the car. After the install a manager stopped by to check the system an did a flush to insure it worked to precision. Guess what, we checked the particulate in the water and is had only about half of the particulate that the purified water we bought at the store. Since the install they have checked back twice to make sure things are good. I would and have recommended them to others.

The plumber showed up exactly when we were told he was efficient and very knowledgeable. Spoke very highly of the company. Said they have kept him very busy and are very honest.

I used H20 TO GO last April. We had a soft water system put in. I didn't have any problems with them at all. They were ready to put it in immediately and everything has been fine. They were very professional, didn't have any problems at all.

I called them to get a quote about replacing a water softener. They scheduled to have a "tech" come out and explain my options. The gentleman showed up on time but he was a part time salesmen with the company. I explained that I understood the value of a water treatment system and just wanted a quote for a simple system to replace the one I had that was broken. He decided to ignore my statement and gave the full sales pitch including some neat tricks and attempts to scare me into making a purchase. Finally he pulled out a legal pad and started writing lots of numbers for their top of the line product, finally producing a price after discounts that was many times higher than I was willing or able to pay. Then he moved to there middle grade system which was also out of my price range. When I said I wasn't interested he started pressing me and asking me "what can you afford, I can call the manager and see what he can do". At this point I had another appointment (he was there for an hour) and I just wanted him to leave, which he finally did. I would not be buying anything from at that point or anytime since I don't like the hard sale approach.

A quote was requested online, and a response to make an appointment to review options was made by the company. The salesman arrived promptly. He tested the water and reviewed the results. He then went through a presentation of the company?s products and answered any questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was professional. Once an option was selected, service was scheduled very quickly. The installation was fast and the installers were able to answer further questions about maintenance of the equipment. Although they were unable to take away the old water softener at the time of installation, they did come back to remove it, as requested. The water tastes wonderful and there is a noticeable difference in the softness of the water.

I love the new system...my water is perfectly soft now...and have already noticed an improvement in my skin and hair...and the dishes come out sparkling now and my dishwasher isn't coated in hard water stains anymore. H2O will match quotes...and do a great job. I would highly recommend them. .

Nima set up an installation appointment for the next day or two days after the sales call. The installer was great. He brought his own stereo, and worked quickly and cleanly. He showed up on time. There are no leaks from the pipes he installed in our garage. Water tasted great from the very beginning.

I am updating my review from the initial review dated a few weeks ago. My initial experience was horrible dealing with the sales people who came to our home to give us an estimate. After the initial bad experience, Sid O'Brien called both my wife and I to go over the bad experience. He offered for us to come into his showroom and go over the products again. I was so impressed with the service and his willing to spend the time with us to make us happy that we decided to go ahead and make the purchase. The product was installed this morning and works exactly as described. This is definitely the kind of business people should be doing business with if the management is willing to step up to the plate and take care of business. My experience overall was great and glad we made the effort to come to the store to resolve the issues. Would recommend and use again. Thank you Sid for being so honest and the great deal on the water softner!

I called H20 TO GO from a recommendation. The sales agent, Dave Marks, came to explain the the water purification systems. From a menu of products I chose the ones that would work for me. The contract was signed about 9:30 am and the installed arrived about 12:30 pm to install the items. Everything went well.

Jonathan Batz is a star at H2O to Go. He came to the house, assessed the needs, gave us the options and improved the cost for an easy "yes" the installation was impeccable and the results were better than promised. What more could you ask for? the follow up was there and I cold recommend them anytime to anyone.

I was very pleased with him. The you and young man did very good work. We saw a small leak at the bottom of the unit and he fixed it. The unit had not been serviced in five years and he did a great job.

It went great. We have used them before. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained how the technology has changed over the eight years when we had seen him last. We ended up going with the system he suggested. The system was very expensive.

H20 to go was great, very knowledgeable, and prompt they even came the next day. i would definitely recommend them to anyone. i was very pleased with the whole experience.

They responded quickly with an estimate. I was prepared to purchase a single canister filter, then they called back to say they could give us a better deal on an RO system that had been installed in another home for 2 or 3 days. The installation was prompt and professional. They are very easy to deal with.

Called company and set appointment for two days' time. Rep. arrived with demo kit and entertained us with various tests and comparisons between hard and soft water. Went through, in detail, various options available to us, and didn't push for one system over any other. We made our selection, paid up, and their service guy was out that afternoon to begin installation. As we had a tricky water line position, he had to finish up the next morning. The entire install took about 4 hours, and was nicely done; he even added a hose bib near the driveway.

H20 To Go did a wonderful job on our water softening system. I have no problems with it now. I am very grateful for their courtesy and for answering all of my questions. They had clear method for making everything plain to see and understand.

I can't say enough about the quality of water in our home now. It is wonderful to take a soothing shower, the cloths come out of the dryer static free, and the water tastes so much better. Our decision to install a whole house water softener was the right decision. H2O answered all our questions and their men were professional. They charge me a price of $30 a month including salt for their containing services.

Theory was very friendly when they came out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They finished the job fast and the work was done well. All of our questions were answered as well.
