From my initial conversation with Sid, to meeting with Mark to discuss my options, to installation of the system by Max, my experience was awesome! Everyone involved was friendly, professional and thorough. Sid answered all my initial questions while scheduling my appointment with Mark (Sales Rep). Mark proved to be extremely knowledgeable not only of the types of systems but outside information related to health benefits relating to water. Very interesting. Max did an excellent job of installation and explaining the system, how it works and maintenance (virtually none). Installation mess was minimal and Max left the area clean when he finished. H2O to Go was recommended to me and I would certainly recommend them to anyone contemplating the installation of a water softener system.

After doing research on the latest whole house water filtration systems and reading reviews on Angie's List, I called H2O to Go and met with Scott Hammond. Scott sat down with me and explained the different systems they offer. I have had whole house water filtration systems before and I knew pretty much what to expect. I also purchased an additional RO Alkaline drinking water system to be installed at my kitchen sink. Their contracted plumber came out the same day to install. Chris was very professional and answered all my questions. He removed and disposed of my old filtration system. He had to relocate the placement of the new system in my garage, and for that, had extra trenching to do in my front yard. You can't even tell anyone had trenched the front yard when he was done. Very professional work. I called Scott a couple of days later with some questions, he responded immediately and addressed my concerns. I am very pleased with the water filtration system I purchased and the service I received. I will definitely refer H2O to Go to my family and friends.

This started out great. The plumbers and techs really made the project a success, the sales staff however nearly blew it. After the they installed the system, the company realized they had failed to connect ALL the cold water in the house. They new they had to fix it and they did, but the sales guy acted like a cry-baby. I suppose the cost of sending a plumber back to make the correct came out of his commission. Plus, after I signed all the paperwork I've not heard from them again...just as I predicted. Gone like smoke in the wind. This is why I rated them a "C" overall, the attitude displayed by the sales staff was off-putting and made them seem sleazy. However the system seems to be functioning properly. I plan to get my own test kit since the company has blown all their credibility, but the water quality seems much improved. The only drawback is the RO unit is so pumped with air when you turn it on the water "explodes" out. I called in and talked to tech and I also told the sales person...they did...nothing. It's been 2 weeks now and it's still happening. On the positive side, the plumber were very friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. I think they are probably "ok", but it wasn't the best customer service experience I've ever had. We'll see how the service staff does. Be sure to do your homework. 2/16/2015 - I heard from the General Manager who read the review on Angie's List and offered an apology and later services to make up for the lack of professionalism. Based on the integrity of calling, even if late, I upgraded to a "B".

Carla came with all her information on the water in Las vegas, with facts on what is in our water and how bad our water is. She begin to show difference between the bottle water vs the water treatment system vs tap water, and from what I saw made me want to invest in the system. Carla said we will get you all set up today, that was a plus on the company's part, she had someone at the house on a timely basis, the installer made sure everything was working properly before he left and that was a plus. If I move into another home this is the company I will be doing business with when it comes to water syet ems for the home.

Great company! They answer all my questions, I compare with other companies and their price guaranty is right on the money.
Description of Work: We got a water refiner system for the house. We wore going to buy from Kinetico for $2000 less, but after we saw their presentation and did a little research we decided to go with H2O TO GO. Better equipment, better warranty and better customer service. I got a lot more for the money. The salesman was super professional as well. Thanks H2O TO GO!!

H20 To Go came out and they did it quickly. I think they were expensive. They came in and I know a lot of softener I could have done for well under a grand and then he convinced me to do all these other stuff that I guess I needed, I don't know. The plumber that came in did an excellent job. They were professional.

I recently moved from Seattle to Las Vegas and wanted a water system for my home. After searching the internet I was impressed with H2O TO GO because of their experience in water systems. This company has been around Las Vegas since 1981, which made me feel they are reliable and trustworthy. Toni Nelson, a H2O TO GO sales representative, was very informative about the different kinds of systems they have available. She explained every single one in depth and made it fun and interesting to learn. She arrived at my house on time and stayed over an hour, explaining and answering all of my questions. Toni also described recreational activities in the area. Because I?m new to Las Vegas, I really appreciated this. The service tech, Robert, came to my house on Sunday and installed my new system. He was very professional and nice. I felt very comfortable that he installed the S.S.R (Seven Stage Refiner) and Nugen?s 5 stage RO systems in my house. After he was done, he went through the whole system with me and explained everything very clearly. I am happy my house is now protected against the hard water in Las Vegas. After using the system my skin never felt so soft. I feel like I don?t even have to put lotion on after a shower or washing my hands! There?s no dryness to my skin anymore, which is a huge benefit in the desert. I purchased the Nugen?s 5 stage Reverse Osmosis system to get pure drinking water from the kitchen faucet. It?s also connected to the refrigerator so the ice cubes are even Reverse Osmosis! I am from Seattle and have been drinking clean water for years, so I?m very picky about the quality of my water. I was worried about the quality of water around Nevada, now with this system, I feel much safer for my family and I. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices are for top quality equipment, the quality installation and the quick answers to all of my questions. Again, this company has great customer service all around and a good reputation. I?d highly recommend H2O TO GO!

Installation hit a little snag as the technician had to reroute our sprinkler system controls in order to place the water treatment tanks where they needed to go. He took great care to ensure we were ok with this. Because our drain out went into our flowerbed he suggested using potassium rather salt in our system - for which he placed an order and they delivered the very next day. He explained how the systems worked and what to expect over the next couple of days.

He was very professional, took his time and helped us where he could. We had purchased a replacement at Costco and unfortunately it was not plumbed for a set up like ours. He suggested we take it back for a refund, which we did. He installed a filtered system which removes all traces of calcium from the water for our whole house. He did a great job.

I told Eric we had time constraints and he fully understood we have incurred many, many financial obligations. He honored that information and tailored his presentation to our needs. He was very personable, very professional and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciated the fact that he did not say anything negative about any other water company and presented the information solely on what his company offered. The product itself seems tailor-made to our needs. We are purchasing their whole-house system as well as their drinking water system. Should the system prove to be as wonderful as indicated, we will be more than satisfied. On another note, we called for an estimate on a Saturday and Eric came out ON Memorial Day so he could speak with both my husband and myself. The installation of the drinking water system is happening in less than 24 hours and the whole house system will be plumbed in in less than 24 hours as well. Their timeliness has been most impressive. I will post more after the entire system is in place.
Description of Work: Provided all information on water softening AND purification systems. Information on what each system provides, cost of each system including taxes etc. No bad mouthing other water companies, no comparisons of "they can't, but we can...". Just gave information about what their system does and how it does it. VERY professional. Eric Blum was punctual, professional and was SO honoring of our time limitations and our health and financial needs.

:Everything went without a hitch from start to finish. Mark came to the house and explained all the many different options, from top of the line model to a simple water softener. He explained each unit and answered all our questions. He left without us making a decision because we were investigating other providers. We decided to purchase from H2o to go and chose the softener just under the the best model. We felt this best for our needs and much better than the unit we were replacing after 12 years, which we bought from H20 to go. I called Mark on a Friday morning and we could have had the unit installed that day but we chose to have it done on Sunday between 9 and 11. Robert arrived at our house at 9:30AM and explained everything he was going to do. He was polite, professional, and knew what he was doing, he removed the old unit, installed the new one, and left the work area spotless. He explained how the unit worked and what we could expect while the unit was regenerating, he even told us that the first 150lbs of salt would need to be replaced in about a month and a half because the unit was new, but after that every 3-4 months depending on water usage. We were pleased with them 12 years ago and their quality, professionalism, and knowledge is just as good now as it was then and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a refiner, conditioner, softener, etc.

The salesman came out and gave his pitch. Tried to get us to get the highest priced system (of course). I had done my homework though and we decided on the second best system which still was a little pricy @ about $3200. They came out a few days later and the installer installed the soft water system and the reverse osmosis in the kitchen, hooked it up to the refrigerator and gave us a demo. Robert was awesome!!

We called several water softening services and H2O To Go was the only one that took a lot of time and answered all of our questions, thoroughly and went into detail what might serve our needs best. We are only in the process of remodeling our home in Las Vegas and don't live there full time yet but my husband made it clear that H2O To Go would be the only company he will use when we return. they offer both types of systems so he has no agenda to sell either one and gives you the best options for your own needs. Very professional and and patient on the phone! I will update review in late May when the work is complete!

Technician was on time and very helpful. Made adjustments to older water softener and recommended a re-check in a couple of weeks at no charge. It started out OK and then the rep challenged me when I said that my water softener used very little salt. He said it was impossible to use that little salt. I'm the only one who adds salt to this softener when it needs it, besides, he was invited to provide me an estimate on a RO system not a water softener. My wife and I have a policy when a vendor or contractor comes into our house to provide an estimate that is all we are looking for. When they start to bad mouth competitors products, the visit is over. I don't need to hear any more and that is basically what happened here when he said that Sears water softeners and RO systems weren't that good. This may not be the way other reps act on estimates but he does represent the company. IF you come to sell me something I only want to hear about your product. In some cases I may have already gotten an estimate from the people you are talking about and it may be what makes up our minds which way to go. Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments.

We moved into our new home in October, 2013. It did not have a water conditioner. We looked and asked around and were referred to H2O To Go. Scott came out and explained the entire process and the equipment was installed by Max the very same day. The customer service was incredible. We love the fact that they are a local business. We've even called to make sure we are adding salt correctly and they are very responsive. I would definitely refer them to everyone and have. We are very pleased with the product and most especially the customer service.

I am very pleased with the installation of my Custom DB and reverse osmosis unit. As a female, I have had my share of frustration with technicians and servicemen in the past. Therefore, I really appreciated the pleasant attitude and professional manner of H2o TO GO installer, Robert. He answered all of my questions in plain simple English and offered useful information on extending the life of the unit. In today's world where good service is very hard to find, it was a pleasure to find a company that is courteous and helpful. I will highly recommend this company to my friends and business associates. Sincerely, Nancy Benton

Absolutely the worst vendor experience I can recall. Very friendly staff, but don't let that distract you from the task at hand. This also turned out to be a very expensive installation if one counts the cost of supervising them during the repairs which took a full three hours rather than being at work. The plumber reduced the 1.25 inch loop using a 1/2" inner diameter connector (labeled as a 3/4" pex connector) for this 3.5 bathroom, multistory home. Pex connectors, the ones I have experience with anyway, have labels that suggest a larger diameter opening than they actually have, so this 3/4" connector had an inside diameter of approximately 1/2". Although I did not have direct access to the inside diameter of that particular connector, I purchased a 3/4" pex connector that looked very much the same as the installed item, at the Home Depot, and measured it. This seemed necessary to convince their very experienced management of the situation. A 1/2" diameter pipe is what you might use for a faucet, or shower. But if you want to run a faucet and a shower at the same time, or in our case the dishwasher, and the shower there is only enough water for one of those, so the upstairs shower had only a slight drizzle, not enough to really wash your hands with. A main water line for a house requires a size proportional with the number of simultanious faucets that would be running at the same time. Thus this 3.5 bedroom house had a 1.25" loop to accomodate several faucets at the same time. When I contacted their office I was faced with skepticism from their management that they had installed a 1/2" inch line, insisting that it was a 3/4" line. Since I measured it with my caliper I was confident that the pipe was NOT larger on the inside that on the outside as the manager implied. It was in fact approximately 1/2" inside diameter. The diagnosis was obvious to nearly any amature with visual inspection, but I was told repeatedly about the 22 years of experience, and how their installation was professional and correct. I insisted, and they sent another plumber to evaluate, and resolve the situation. After what appeared to be an expedition to find anything that might be causing low water pressure other than their choice of connectors, I offered that if they preferred we could resolve our dispute through the 'contractors board', which in the las vegas valley has authority to force the correction of improper licensed work. Shortly after that comment the 1/2" inner diameter connectors were replaced with 1" (actually 0.9" inner diameter) pex connectors, water pressure was improved significantly. The original quoted price of $275 was similar to the major brands whom I had previously used and was very pleased with. In fact I didn't realize what a fantastic job Sears did in my previous installation until I had something to compare against. And the price quoted by Sears included the permit which the manager of this shop declined to include after the work was done. I negotiated a price of $200 prior to work starting which accounted for the fact that they didn't need to transport the water softener from the store, or my previous home. Saves them time, and (I think, and I hope) nobody wants to charge for work not done. I thought it was a fair price until I was told to get my own permit. Now the investment with permit is nearly $260, plus my time spent to handle their repairs. I wish very much I had gone with Sears.

Response from H2O TO GO
Since 1987 H2O to GO has installed thousands of water softeners, including a few hundred new Kenmore softeners for Sears. Through Sear's contract sales program there is a good chance we were the company sears contracted to do (Member name removed) original installation he talked so proudly of in his review. H2O to GO's managers knew this customer was confused about pipe sizes and flow rates but it became apparent the only way to make (Member name removed) happy was to go back and do what he had made up his mind needed to be done. We did this for the sole purpose of customer service and not for any other reason. H2O to GO is committed to customer satisfaction. We are proud of earning Angie's List Super Service Award for the last 2 years in a row. We went out of our way to accommodate the customers' requests. It is unfortunate (Member name removed) did not see it this way and felt compelled to write this narcissistic review.
