Description of Work: Nothing as he never returned our calls

Description of Work: Our drains were draining very slowly, and because we had not cleaned the septic tank for many years, we thought that this was the problem. We searched Angie's list and our local yellow pages. We found three companies. H20 was the only company to return our call. They was unable to service the septic tank immediately, but offered us a suggestion. Have the lines cleaned leading to the tank. The next morning Roto-Rooter cleaned the lines, showed us a strange elbow (via camera), removed the blockage and for $125.00, we were able to welcome our holiday guests.

Description of Work: I used H2O Environmental to pump out my septic system.

Description of Work: Called H2O out to pump my septic tank. My septic tank is buried and doesn't have an exposed access lid, so I explained they would need to dig it up, but that I knew the general location of the tank. They asked some questions about the size of my tank (I didn't know), number of bedrooms, etc. They explained how it all worked, they would bring out a mini-excavator and dig up my yard for $125/hr, two hour minimum. They offered to locate the tank using something they flush down the toilet, but I already knew the general location of the tank. They also offered to install a riser which would allow my septic tank to be accessed without having to dig up the yard. They did come out, dig up the yard (did as neat a job as could be done), and found the tank and pumped it, all in the amount of time they explained (took about 1.5 hrs start to finish). My septic tank is in the front yard and very easily accessible, so I don't know if it would take longer if it was less accessible. After they pumped the tank they did a surprisingly good job of putting the dirt back and making it look pretty close to how it did before (it was just dirt though, no landscaping over the septic tank). They did offer to install the risers, but they were pretty expensive (around $1,000 total) and would have put two large manhole covers in my yard since my septic tank has two access ports. Also, each manhole cover was around 36" in diameter. I chose not to install the risers due to the price and aesthetics.
