+ -1 moreThis company is out of business. The owner passed away and they struggled to maintain, but were unable to. They are no longer listed in BBB, and they'er licenses with the city and county have since expired. I had a three year contract of which only the first year was honered.
Description of Work: went out of business without letting contracted service customers know anything. They just vanished leaving you without contracted service or an explanation.

+ -1 moreGuardian is one of the best heating and air conditioning companies we have ever used. They were prompt, very responsive to our needs, and always got the job done right the first time. We have never had a problem with them. I know that if we ever have an issue with our heating or air conditioning units, we can count on them to get out and fixed within 48 hours.
Description of Work: Guardian replaced a faulty thermostat in my heating unit which covers a 2000 square feet area. This was part of a 4 year service contract.

+ -1 moreDan, the HVAC tech, was on time, very polite, listened to the problem, asked pertinent questions. He also provided written report of services provided.
Description of Work: Company tech dispatched by home warranty company (AHS) to give 2nd opinion on central air conditioning system that was not cooling properly. Tech thoroughly inspected system, quickly diagnosed problem, and added refrigerant, which solved problem. Tech also suggested simple steps to reduce future problems, and confirmed system was working properly before leaving. Work was paid by warranty company.

+ -1 moreGuardian Heating & Cooling showed up and told me that they wouldn't be able to do the work the day that was scheduled. They wanted to come back the next day and replace our unit. The unit that we had was a 30,000 BTU and they switched it with a 10,000 BTU. They were very dishonest and I am thinking of suing them.
Description of Work: They replaced our heating and air conditioning unit.
