+ -1 moreMy pump was not turning on, I looked at Angie's coupon book and picked Guarantee. My other pool cleaner told me to change my entire pump which will cost me $3500. But Guarantee Pool was very honest and just came and fix my pump for $96. The technician was professional and courteous. The boss I talked to on the phone was also very nice. I would contact them again for future services.
Description of Work: Fixed my pool pump.

+ -1 moreGuaranteed pools has been servicing our pool for 10 years. Robert the owner is always available and makes sure that things are done correctly. Ramone came out to clean the filter and check a leak. He was unable to fix the leak because a seal had to be ordered but returned the next day to take care of it. I have never experienced any problems and use them frequently. They are trustworthy and reliable.

+ -1 moreUnfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with this company. I teach swimming so I need reliable workers. One worker didn't come on time, and when he did arrive, I was told he needed to put acid it in and he said we couldn't swim for five hours. This was unacceptable.

+ -1 moreI do have to admit, I am very pleased with the actual pool man who comes to clean it. He is always on time and does a perfect job. I am not happy with the company in general though. They keep raising their prices for their products and also for the men to come out. I am now debating whether to let go of services or not. I am still undecided because I really enjoy the company of the actual pool man. I can tell you that if I decide to get rid of them, I will not hire them again.
Description of Work: They clean my pool on a weekly basis. They also treat the pool with whatever chemicals may be needed.

+ -1 moreGuaranteed Pool Service & Repair did an excellent job cleaning our pool. The people who did the work was very friendly and they balanced our pools chemicals just right as they were not to strong and they were not too weak. They actually come to our house to clean and check the chemicals every week.
Description of Work: They cleaned and balanced the chemicals in our 18x36 foot pool.
