I've known Robert Barnes for years and he has always cleaned my carpets. I have referred him to neighbors and friends through the years. Robert and his crew are amazing. They work so hard to satisfy the customer. I can truthfully say that Robert will keep coming back if you are not satisfied. I recently sold a two-story rental house and the carpet was very soiled. He had to come back 3 times to clean it over. The 3rd time made the carpet look like it was new. No complaints, just wanted to make sure it was perfect before I sold the house. The house sold in 1 day. He also does a great job repairing carpet. There's no one better in Las Vegas. I will continue recommending Robert as I have in the past.Las

I was a little skeptical at first because after comparison, their prices were almost half of their competitors. I read their reviews on Angie and still concerned that only a few people made comments. Through the years, several people have cleaned my carpets, including two well known companies, S and the other SS. But, I must say Guaranteed Carpet Care really was above and beyond the best!. After 10 years of use, my carpets feel bouncy again. They also did tile and grout cleaning and it was an improvement over the last people who did it. As long as this company stays in business, I will call only them. Some companies are good, better or best. Guaranteed Carpet was the best.

They were polite and very professional. My carpet was cleaned like none other. They took their time, they did not rush and then told me that should I want to walk on any of the carpet to use a sheet. No other company had ever told me that since I have lived in Las Vegas (which is 30+ years). They also told me that it would probably only take 5-6 hours to clean. My carpet has never looked better. I don't know exactly why the difference between Guaranteed Carpet Care and the other companies I have used, but it must be their equipment and their desire to do the BEST. I would never use anyone else to clean my carpets as long as I live in Las Vegas. They were fantastic!

I purchased my home a few weeks ago and have been getting it in order and up to my standards. Well, I needed to have the tiling cleaned and sealed. I called the company on Saturday morning, had an appt scheduled for that afternoon for an estimate. Robert showed up, gave me a quick estimate and scheduled me for the next day. Robert and his assistant showed up on time, came in and got started. He talked me through a couple of thing the prior owners had done to save themselves some hassle (for example, they painted the grout a dark color so it wouldn't show dirt as easily as the lighter color) well that has been flaking off and now the grout just looks like it is very stained in some areas which is really just the paint. They did this is all 4 of the rooms with the tile. They were able to get a lot of the paint to come up so the original color of the grout shows through. Both were very personable and professional. I am VERY pleased with the job that they did.

They called and said they could come earlier than scheduled, that was nice. They were thorough and did a great job!

We first met them from a water damage repair through our insurance company. We liked the way the carpets looked when they finished. The pile stood up firmer than other methods of cleaning. They use a rotary machine which seems to straighten up the pile in the carpet. Our dog loves to roll in it when it's done. When Robert told me they charge $25 a room it seemed reasonable and transparent so we called recently. They cleaned 6 rooms yesterday for $150 less a 10% discount for seniors and gave us some advice about how to keep the carpet in good shape. They also pre-treated some stained areas. If you have ever read closely carpet cleaner ads or coupons for them you know they have many cop outs, rooms over a certain size count as two, stain relief is extra, etc.. this price is honest and transparent. The price of $25 a room is what it is! I would recommend this company to anyone, honest and reasonably priced. They were late but called twice to give us status.
