GSI: Las Vegas Home Inspections

We have used four home inspectors in the past throughout the US. GSI is top notch with thorough reporting and attention to detail regarding home construction and systems. Their pricing was at market, $.12 per sf, and well worth paying to get the confidence we have that the details were all covered.

David Geller did a professional and thorough home inspection (finding issues from the tiniest hole in the bathtub to improper wiring of the fuse panel). I can highly recommend GSI Las Vegas Home Inspections. GSI scheduled my appointment for the following day and David arrived promptly. Everything went exceptionally well!

Provider showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. Took photos of each major room of the house and of exterior. Appraisal was delivered to lender within 4 days, and came in right around what is seen on Zillow, so no surprises. Only concern was final bill was about $50 more than initial estimate.

He was timely, professional, and more then anything very helpful.

Everything was excellent. They came when they said they would and they were competent. They worked quickly, they did exactly what they needed to do, and didn't try to sell me anything extra. We definitely will use them again. If we need an electrician, we will be calling them.

Since I moved in the house I've run in to a lot of problems that GSI: Las Vegas Home Inspections didn't uncover. It's little stuff, but if they were an A outfit it would have been much better. The spa heater he glossed over, I went to use it 3 weeks later and it didn't work. I also found a number of simple plumbing issues, such as leaky pipes, things like that. I have been in this house a month, and have been fixing something every day. He dropped the ball on the solar system for the pool. He did what he was supposed to do and absolutely nothing else, it was very robotic with nothing personal.

GSI delivered top level service. The inspector, Bill Lee, arrived early and explained many details about the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and had many years experience as a contractor and investor. I had some errands to do before I returned to my desk. When I opened my email box, the inspection report had already arrived! Excellent work by Bill Lee and GSI! Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.

We needed a home inspection and our realtor called GSI. We made a appointment at 2. William showed up way before us and started the inspection which was great. He didnt wast anytime. He inspected the whole house and as soon as he saw something he told us what was wrong and what we could do to fix it. His report was very good. It was all done on the computer which was nice he had the report ready to go within 10 minutes. It was very detailed and he explianed it all. He emailed it to us on the spot. If I ever sell this house I will be sure to use GSI again!

Overall everything about his services have been perfect. I have used his services many times and have referred him to friends. He is very detailed oriented in the work and writes very detailed reports.

William showed up on time. Did a thorough inspection. It took him three hours to inspect. His inspection report covered a lot detail with pictures. I am impressed with his work. We are happy about his service, will recommend to other people.

Absolutely blown away with the service we received! My husband and I are first time home buyers. We have heard many horror stories with home inspectors. My husband did a lot of research before we selected GSI and we were so glad we chose them. Mr. Lee was very professional. He spent three hours on our house. He went through our house and explained, in detail, every issue or potential issue in our house. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and answered the numerous questions that we had.
