I called the company and I asked them to come out and give me an estimate. David (the owner) came over a few days later and assessed the situation and we discussed the best way to get rid of the pigeons. He said that he would begin work the next week and call me on Tuesday to confirm the time he would arrive Wednesday. He did call me on Tuesday, to tell me that one of his employees was out and that he could not come Wednesday because he was covering for his employee. He said that he would call me as soon as that person came back to work and get started on my job. I was ok with that because sometimes things do come up. Well, he did not call me, so I called him the following week and spoke to Jennifer, the receptionist. She said that she would check and get back to me. She called me back the next day and told me that David is swamped and that he will not be able to even get to my job until the end of the month (this is the very beginning of the month). She said that he said he would understand if i wanted to use someone else, which basically means "kiss off". I was very upset because he told me that I was going to be very soon and never made mention of other jobs before mine. I asked for him to give me a call back to explain the situation and as you can predict, NO CALL. I am very disappointed because he seemed honest and he seemed like he had the best solution for my particular problem. I really wanted him to do it and I may even have waited for him, if he had the courtesy of calling me in person. I assume that he got a bigger job for more money and that mine was not "important enough" anymore. To me, reliability and professionalism are very important, but that doesn't always seem to be true of many of the business people in this town. I had several people that were waiting to see how he fixed my problem and were going to call him based on my experience, but he has lost out on that revenue now as well (as I cannot recommend him). I may have seemed like a small job, but I always recommend people that have done a good job for me to many family and friends in Las Vegas.
