GreenWay Carpet Cleaning

After having hired several disappointing companies over the past few years, I contacted Greenway. I was thrilled at their service. The job was thorough and professional, and the owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Greenway next time.

Charlie did great. The carpets were very clean, the stains were gone. He was on time, worked quickly and got the job done. The carpets dried quickly and by the next morning everything was back where it was suppose to be. I am very happy.

When I called Charlie to remove the stains in my white carpet I was a little skeptical that they would look nice for longer than a week but here we are 2 months later and they still look great. I have children and dogs so as you can imagine dirt does get tracked in. Charlie was nice and professional and keeps a clean appearance. I was happy with the price but he did honor a coupon that he was advertising at that time. I would have thought twice about gambling with a new carpet cleaning service if I would have had to pay his full price but with the discount I was happy. After seeing how clean he was able to get the carpets I would deffinetly pay his full price in the future.

I hired GreenWay to do the carpets in a property I own to get it ready for sale. It was a split level home with the upstairs with white carpet and the downstairs with 20 year old carpet. I figured I would have to replace the carpets but GreenWay saved the carpet in the whole house! I am so impressed that the stains on the white carpet on the high traffic stairs and dining room came out. The downstairs looks like fresh, new carpet. GreenWay was on time and quick too, which made me happy since I do not reside at the residence I had serviced. I am one satisfied customer and will be calling GreenWay for my other properties. I should also mention that this house sold in three weeks and I believe that the condition of the carpets helped.

Charlie made the carpet look almost new in most rooms. The stairs are clean - but worn, they look much better than before. He was prompt, professional, and obviously knew his business quite well. A couple of days after the initial cleaning I noticed a couple of spots and thought he had left some pretreatment on them so i called and he came back and took care of the spots. It turns out the spots were some caulking from a bathroom remodel that the cleaning had brought to the surface. He came right out and took care of the spots for no additional fee. I was very happy with this service and will recommend him to everyone and use him again.
