Green with Envie Landscaping

This was a long and problem filled experience. What should have taken at most two weeks, took two + months. No supervision of workers, no communication between owner and supervisors, missed appointments and no shows.

An appointment window was set and nobody showed up for the estimate. We called and were told the company truck had broken down. We were told the person was supposed to have notified us that she could not make the appointment. We complained that they had not. A new appointment was set for today. Before this appointment we called to confirm and the office had to contact that person to see if we were on the schedule. We were told the office would call us back. After 30 minutes we called again and were able to leave a message. After another 15 minutes of no response, we called to cancel that notify them we were not interested in doing business with their company.

PLEASE READ MY PREVIOUS REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY. I am APPALLED that they would blatantly LIE in their response to my review stating that THEY REJECTED my inquiry. I am the one that stated that I do NOT want to do business with them (RIGHTFULLY SO.) Not only did they respond to this review on Angie’s List, but they also sent me a text this morning stating that I need to remember about “KARMA.” Seems to me like this company needs to be ones purchasing a Buddha and doing daily meditations. I will post pictures on Yelp of my EMPTY backyard that needed the maintenance they supposedly rejected. THIS COMPANY IS BAD NEWS. I have already reported this company to the BBB.

It did not go well as the person who set our visit (consultation—I called a week prior) did not bother to actually set the appointment so they were a no call no show. Fortunately for us (unfortunately for them), that eliminates Green With Envie Landscaping from our list of potential landscape designers immediately. I do not have time to deal with anyone who does not treat their business, more importantly, THEIR CUSTOMERS with the highest standard possible.

They were so easy to work with. They really listened to me and created the landscape I envisioned. Now I want them to do my backyard.

They have personalized service, they provide a unique service. They make me feel like I am the only customer they have. They are always on time, they care about the job, they care about on what they do. I highly recommend them. They are very trustworthy.

The individual care that wa given to me from front to back from the whole team. They provide an immediate response and they were the most competitive price.
