Initially met with designer and waited days for the estimate. Once I finally received the estimate I met with him and asked if we can make some minor changes. He related he would re-send the estimate and provide some patio brick samples, never heard from him again! A total waste of time and unfortunate that this company would treat eager customers like this. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Great look, our dog who is a puppy used it right away. We were so pleased with how nice it looked, and the process to install it was done with such great care. It was a lot more labor intensive than I expected. Ken, was very nice when he gave us the estimate, our dog really liked him too (where he barked at the other 3 contractors who gave us estimates). Only thing is that the urine smell isn't completely gone. We have to spray it down with a hose--we use vinegar on it. I don't blame this on them; I expected it not to smell for a longer period, but I am thinking about buying more Zeolite from them to keep the urine smell down.

They promptly gave us an estimate. The product quality and price were better than the 2 other companies I contacted. They did the work within the week, and completed it in one day. It looks wonderful!

M & D Water Free Lawns did great work and everything was done properly. You can't even tell the grass is not real. Its very beautiful and holding up well. They offer an eight year guarantee. I have seen other places that cost less, but the grass turns brown after a year or so. They'll even give you a mini putting green if you want.
