The kick off/start was slow but they caught up quickly and finished all tasks as planned. They were readily available by phone to answer questions or get status updates. We had a couple minor oversights during the planning but were able to negotiate changes without raising the costs.

Nick and his entire staff were extremely professional, polite, courteous and understood my concerns. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

I needed a complete landscape renovation. Green Guru did an excellent job with installing a drainage system, repairing my irrigation system, assisting in choosing plants and the concrete work they did was top notch. All work was completed on time and they kept me updated on a routine basis. Good job!!!

Nick came out to access our backyard for the improvements we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. I didn't even get another bid for the job as we felt we were in very good hands with Green Guru. Nick was quick to point out a potential water problem so they neatly put in drains that should have been there years ago. We had faux grass installed in 2 different areas. Nick made a nice suggestion to have some pavers installed around the patio which made the yard look even better! Next I met Billy who helped me pick out the perfect plants and tree and he knew his stuff! Got to know Oscar the manager/super on the job. He was outstanding in making suggestions and choices that we hadn't thought of. Pizaz! We now have a beautiful backyard that we are proud of thanks to all these guys that worked so hard as a team. When the job was completed all the guys were there to inspect and put my furniture back in place - we didn't lift a finger! They were very neat and cleaned up the jobsite every day and left it looking cleaner than before they started. They were all so professional and courteous. We will hire them in the Spring to touch up our front yard. These guys work hard and we cannot thank them enough as they went above and beyond our expectations. Please give them a chance to come out and talk with you on your landscaping project. I know you won't regret it!

WE LOVE OUR NEW COURTYARD DESIGN! I posted a preliminary evaluation in June. There were no major design or installation issues. I can honestly say the Green Guru staff is comprised of numerous, meticulously skilled craftsmen who take pride in their final product. Every question asked was answered with a professional explanation which made the project approval easily obtainable because our association appreciated Green Guru's willingness to discuss the project design with them. We highly recommend Green Guru to everyone who desires to hire an honest, no hassle, high quality company.

Spoke with Nick today and was quite impressed with his knowledge and recommendations. We didnt know exactly what we wanted but we told him how we wanted to use our courtyard and he made a suggestion, explained the pros and cons and even communicated with our management company for details on how HE could submit the required documents for approvals. I have good feelings about him & his company as I assume excellent results and no disappointments. I look forward to posting again to confirm my good feelings when the project is completed.

Two neighbors saw there work and hired them.

The sales man who came out to the house was very proffesional, he made sure and gave a quote before leaving. There was some issues with scheduling and with the quote in the way it was worded and didn't include work agreed to verbally but they worked with us and we are happy with the end results...Overall a good job

Green Guru built my backyard up from scratch. It looks great and I love spending time out there with my family. However, it's very expensive. And the communication could use some work, as I wrote down instructions, I tagged specific bushes at the nursery, but Green Guru did not follow them in their entirety, planting the bushes in the wrong places and bringing back a tree that I didn't even tag and leaving the tagged one at the nursery. I was perturbed at the time, but now it's not a huge deal. We love the work that was done. I'd hire again, but I'd definitely be there to supervise.

The communication for my project (before, during, after) was wonderful. It was clear what was being done and how long it would take. The project took less time than estimated, was done beautifully, and the workers were very professional and responsive. My only negative is that it seemed very expensive, though I would still recommend Green Guru.

The crew showed up before Nick even had a chance to call me. They completed the work in about an hour and did quality work. I just thought the cost was a little high for just digging a small trench and running a new wire. But then the work had to be done. I will use Green Guru again. Mike
