He put up wire were pigeons were nesting. Now the pigeons are nesting on the outside of the wire. Need to get them back to see what can be done. I also had a lot of pigeons hanging out above my front door at night. Eric took care of that and no pigeons. The clean up could have been better. But Eric was very professional and I would use him again

We had a problem with pigeons. A pleasant man from the company came out, assessed the problem, put out stakes on the roof. He checked up with us a few weeks later to make sure we didn't need a follow-up visit. The pigeon problem was resolved.

They got the pigeons out and put some deturrants up for the future include spikes and a sticky strip. They cleaned up all pigeon droppings on the roof & the ground. They were punctual, on time, took videos on the roof so I could see what was going on & I will hire them again.

They were available on short notice, punctual and very nice. They did the work quickly and efficiently. Great job!

Eric and his associate, Tae, did a great job. They did extensive pressure-washing of the rooftop eave area and cleared out the nest and pigeon excrement & debris. The wired mesh closed off the eave so that the pigeons could not return to nest anymore. Eric and Tae were very pleasant and professional. I enjoyed talking with them and they were kind enough to explain what they discovered and what corrective measures they were going to implement. As the job required some "tricky" positioning of their ladder and there was limited work space access for the meshed cage installation, I feel I got a great bargain for the price. Thanks again, Eric and kudos to your company!

Was able to get to us on the same day even though his schedule was already booked. Very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions. The price matched one other quote received and was less than all other quotes. Killed all the bees and removed most of them. Left some on the ground for us to clean up, but not a big problem considering there were over a thousand bees. I will definitely use him again if needed.

The technician had an appointment at Wednesday between 11-2. After 12 I called, and he said he was running behind. He got there around 2 pm and told me that I needed 3 different screens and that would be $150.00 extra. He told me that he wanted a check for it. I agreed to that. He said he could come tomorrow, but I couldn't work with that, so I agreed to Friday at 8 am. He said he might be a little late. It's now 12 pm and I haven't heard from him. I've called and left two voice mails with no response. I found this very unprofessional.

As best I can tell, everything was done well and the problem has been resolved. My only minor complaint is that it was difficult to schedule a time that Eric could stick to. He was happy to do the work without anybody present, but I always prefer to be around when somebody is doing work. I work for myself from home, so I can be incredibly flexible. However, the provider did not show at either of the two scheduled times but did come later in the day for which we had a scheduled appointment. In his defense, there were a lot of wind storms in the valley that week, which affected his ability to safely get up on roofs to perform the work.

Eric arrived on time and was quick to assess the problem. He gave us his quote, which included pressure washing the pigeon debris (old nests, droppings), screening 3 extra wide eaves (he painted the screens so they would blend in with the house color) and placing spikes in areas where the birds would perch en mass. We agreed to the price and he started right away with the work. When he was done, the yard was cleaned up and the birds were gone. The pigeons have now found other places to congregate; only occasionally do we see one on the roof, and there's no sign of any nesting going on. I waited a little while before submitting this review just to see if the pigeon problem returned with the warm weather and I'm glad to say it hasn't! We are very pleased with Goldstar Services and the excellent job they did.

I called to schedule an appointment and had to leave a message. Eric called me back within 3 hours and was very professional and explained the process thoroughly. Although, he was a no -show no call for our first appointment, he rescheduled and was on time. Once at my house, he worked efficiently and did a great job. I had a horrible pigeon infestation and every time it rained the feces, eggs and filth, was evident, I expected to have to clean-up once Eric was finished ,but to my surprise, he cleaned everything. I am very pleased with his work and his price, and believe me I called around. I would recommend Eric to friends and family and I would use him again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He was wonderful. I love that company. He did a wonderful job. He was on time and professional. He went out of his way to really make sure the pigeons won't come back again. He took a before and after picture. He did a great job.

So far so good! Hopefully as the summer rolls along these pigeons find another house to crap on.

Eric was on time and did the work as advertised. He did charge $25.00 for additional work above the "deal" price which is not an issue. He installed wire mesh in the specific roosting location to prevent pigeons from returning to where they like to be. No pigeons since the work was performed.

1. showed up for the appt late without a valid reason 2. provided no identification, professional licensure or credentials 3. provided no specific letterheaded receipt & receipt had no warranty/guarantee 4. made unkept verbal promises properly repair unsatisfactory job done & to have a gate repair person contact me 5. in good faith I tipped the technician (Eric Stolz) $25.00 for a job that appeared to be well done at the time 6. 2 days after pidgeon proofing the house: pidgeon returned and are driving me crazy cooing, spikes on the front roof blew down or on the ground 7. I have phoned Goldstar twice about the problems I've encountered with the job they did. The first time (3-27-14) I phoned Eric he said that he would come by during the weekend to affect repairs. He didn't call or come by. I waited a week, and phoned again, got no answer. and left a message to phone me about the matters. to date I have not seen or heard from him.

Went over and above my expectations on a very challenging job. It cost slightly more then I anticipated- but the service and the outcome is very satisfying.

I found Eric to be professional, polite, and very informative. He helped me identify solutions to my problems and installed what we agreed upon in an efficient fashion. I was happy with the service and would use this company again.

The tiles were replaced within a few days of first contact and inspection. All went well.

Signed up for the BIG DEAL. Eric showed up on time and listened to what my problem was. He then went up on my roof to examine the areas, and then told me what I needed. More importantly, he told me what I didn't need. The price was a little higher than the big deal as I had more areas to do than the deal called for. I was happy with the new price. The screening job was EXCELLENT!!!! He even painted them so they would look much like the paint on my house. He took his time and did it right-- not always the case with contractors in Las Vegas. I highly recommend Goldstar for your pigeon problems.

He put a wire type barricade on my roof to keep the pigeons from nesting. He also cleaned the mess that they had made. He also put some poison out. I had to pay more because the job entailed more than I had purchased.

Goldstar Services is a good exterminator. We contacted them because we had rats outside our home and we don’t see rats anymore. In addition, they found some holes in the roof and closed up the holes. One issue we had with Goldstar Services was that Goldstar Services came to the house a couple times and the second time an individual came, he did not know what the first individual did.

I scheduled the service and the guy came out and then he couldn’t do it then. After that, he was too busy and it was too inconvenient to work around his schedule so I got the Big Deal refunded.
