Description of Work: Purchased coupon from Angie's list for pigeon control services. Tech came out and after inspecting the job, told me that the coupon would not cover the services I needed. Tech took pictures, inspected the roof and told me that they would get back to me with an estimate. Although I understand that I may have needed to have additional services, Tech never contacted me and after a month I employed another company to do my work. I still need the price of the coupon I purchased refunded.

Description of Work: They power washed pigeon droppings from the front of my house where pigeons had been roosting on a ledge. They installed screens to keep pigeons out of the two ledges where they could roost, replacing less effective screens that had been installed by another company. They arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up well.

Description of Work: I have a gable roofline over my bedroom 2 story townhome where pigions have been nesting and hanging out long enough.....the company rep Frank did an excellent job and very nice professional young man. They spray washed all the bird stuff off roof and driveway; installed a mesh wire fence along there. Pigeons have not come back.

Description of Work: They pressure washed the driveway; however, they are a pigeon removal service (I didn't know when I bought the service)and the equipment is for removing pigeon droppings. I don't believe the equipment is strong enough to clean a driveway's usual tire marks and daily grime.

Description of Work: Didn't call or show up for 1st appt. Were on time for the next appt. They found pigeon nests and baby pigeons so they said I needed more than just the $99 clean up I had purchased. They charged me $425 to fence in 2 areas of the roof, under the A/C unit, and above 3 rolladen shutter units. The work has solved my pigeon problem which I am very happy about, but I am still stepping on pieces of metal that were left on the ground.

They did a good job.
