Problem solved. Eric went above and beyond. Highly recommend him. I had a pigeon problem in several 2nd floor areas. I waited about six months to write a review because I wanted to be sure the problem was solved. I used another service before that failed. Eric was on time, professional and did more than asked for. It was freezing cold, windy and I remember a few snow flakes flying that day. Eric still got the job done. Power-washing not only where the droppings were, but also the facade of my home. He installed the "spike strips" and painted them to match the color of the home. He even went on the roof to see if there were any problem areas such as around the chimneys. And while he was up there he removed some damaged tiles! And the pigeons never returned. Great job, price and service.

The basics are above. It was helpful to find out what other services were available. There was no pressure to expand on his special offer, but if the pigeons return, we will know our options and use Goldstar Services again without hesitation.

Eric arrived when he said he would, between 8 and 10 am, i.e., a little after 9 am. He explained what he was going to do to rid my house of the unwanted guests (pigeons). I told him I didn't want him to kill the pigeons, just make them go away from my house. He showed me the spikes he would place on the ledges where the pigeons and other birds perched to relieve themselves on my front walk and the cool deck around the backyard pool.. He also showed me the bird repellent he would use, a repellent that would make the bird ill, but not kill it. He got right to work and was finished in about 90 minutes or so. In addition to pre-paying Angie's List $89.00, I paid him $35.00 for one eve screen upgrade (which seemed very reasonable). Eric is professional in his behavior, yet very friendly and easy to chat with. He was very knowledgeable about bird behavior and various repellents. Overall, this was a pleasant experience. I would hire Eric again, and I fully recommend him to anyone having pest control problems.

He took care of the problem and I haven?t had a problem since. He was reliable, he showed when he said he would, he did what he said he would, he was nice, and he was polite. He gets the job done well and he is professional. I had a number of people come in and give me prices and ideas about what to do and his price was right in the middle. I recommend him.

I had a severe pigeon problem at a home I was remodeling for a client. I found Gold Star on the internet and gave them a call. They came out that day and gave me a quote.
