Eric was amazing. He came over and resolved our issue. I would highly recommend him.

Eric offered a solution that noone else could regarding the pigeon control. He recently has helped with a rabbit problem I've had in my yard. They were chewing on my irrigation system and eating my plants. He put up a new gate with a screen to keep them out, and it looks very professional. I get compliments on it all the time. He also put the shock system on my roof which controls my pigeon problem. In addition to the shock system, he replaced some damaged roof tile. I often have broken tiles from where gold balls hit the house. Eric did a wonderful job with that as well. He also power washes my roof to take care of the pigeon droppings on the roof. I would reccomend him to anyone!

Goldstar Services did an A+ job. I know his prices were competitive, because my landlord paid it. They were on time, did a good job, and had a fair price. My assistant gave him a thumbs up.

We had a problem with pigeons that had nested under our eves above our front door and courtyard. They had babies and before we knew it we had a flock of them. The continual mess on our roof and in our court yard was horrible. We were cleaning it twice a day. I hired this contractor from one of Angie?s List?s specials and he came out right away and took care of the problem. The birds are gone and he even cleaned the roof for us. He was professional, told us exactly what needed to be done to eliminate the problem and gave us an extremely fair price. We would recommend him to anyone dealing with this issue and will definitely use this company again.

I contacted Eric by phone to discuss our unfortunate bed bug problem. I have never had a run in with bed bugs so I needed a lot of questions answered. Eric was very courteous, knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, sensitive, professional and just downright friendly. He answered all my questions and also made some cost saving suggestions. His price was very reasonable. As a matter of fact it was two-thirds the price previously quoted from a competitor not on Angie's List and Eric was a whole lot friendlier and patient! He came to do the job within 48 hours, which gave us just enough time to do the necessary prep work, like removing all clothes from the closets and drawers. He did everything he promised plus more. He will be returning to spray for the next few weeks and I have confidence in his ability to eliminate our pests. I will definitely recommend his services to everyone. Thank you so VERY much, Eric! You helped make my family feel like their house is their home again. If I could rate you an A+, I definitely would.

I am very pleased at this point. Eric made a point of telling me to call him if there are any problems with the repair work he did.

He was great -- came to fix the pest problem within 24 hours by fitting us into his schedule even though he had other calls to make. Very much appreciated how quickly he took care of the problem!

We were experiencing problems with pigeons in our back yard - especially in the area close to the Jacuzzi where they created a terrible mess. We dealt with a few other companies with no success. We were given all kinds of advice and already had a false bird sitting on the deck and also spread out a number of plastic snakes. Eric Stolz came in and within a few days the pigeons were gone. He cleaned up the whole area and came back a few times to make sure that everything was under control. Eric is personable and reliable. He is good about returning phone calls and arriving for appointments in a timely manner and we would highly recommend his services.

Fine. No problems, but it did take Erik several days to get back to me after I purchased the "deal".

He was on-time and his price was fair.

Overall we are happy but the true test will be if our roof remains pigeon free..

My neighbors came over while he was working at my house and they asked him if he would come out and do their home because they have pigeons really bad. He started to look for them but then didn't finish and never came back. They were a bit upset by it, but he did a good job for me. He was very nice, I liked him.

Updated Feedback: Eric returned on 07/23 and asked if he could continue with the service. We allowed him to and haven't had a problem since. He stated he lost our number so was unable to get ahold of us to reschedule. Initial Feedback: I wanted to give Eric the benefit of the doubt which is why I feel like I've given him a few days to follow up with our appointment, etc. I think its best to include a timeline of the events...10 July- I took advantage of a recent Angie's list deal for $99 which included Pigeon control and clean up. I called Eric that day to set up an appointment for Saturday 14 July at 10am. On the phone he was very nice and knowledgable. 13 July- I called to reschedule for a 2pm appt on the14th. Eric said it was fine. 14July- Eric called at 2:54 pm to let me know he was on his way, no problem since I was working on other things at the house. He arrived and gave me an estimate for the services. (I was under the assumption that he would be doing actual service on Saturday, since we had talked earlier in the week about what exactly was needed). We made an appointment for Monday,16 July at 6pm since he had other customers to tend to that day. 16 July- I texted Eric at 0900 (didnt want to disturb him if he was with other customers)and wanted to know if he could also spray the house for bugs. He replied back an hour later that his car was in the shop and our appointment would be up in the air, but he would let me know ASAP when he could get out. 4:45pm: I texted Eric to see if we were still having our appointment at 6pm that day. 6:08pm I received a text back from Eric that he didn't hear back about his van. Today is the 18th and I haven't heard from him since. I wanted to give him a few days to see if he would reach out and reschedule, but I haven't heard a peep from him since. I specifically chose him because he had great reviews; however this definitely was not a very good experience. I will begin the process of requesting a refund from Angie's list for the cost of the deal I bought.

The technician that came out was a very personable young man. He seemed to be straightforward with what needed to be done. He gave me what I considered a fair price. He came out and did the work but I still had a problem with pigeons afterwards and so he came back. He did some additional things and didn’t charge me anything additional. He did have some issues with his power washer and that was a concern because he wanted to make certain that the area was completely clean from the pigeons, so he came back and redid that as well. He did try to do the best he could with what he had but when the pigeons were still there, he got the new power washer. I am satisfied with what he had done and I haven’t had problems with pigeons since. He was a little late though but I liked him so much that it was not an issue.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

I do not think he did a 100%, but I do not think that could have been done. I grade him a B overall. I would use him again.

Erik did awesome. I called for an estimate and he showed up within a few hours. He scheduled service for just two days later. While he was on my roof taking care of the piegons he fixed a tile on my roof for free!!! Would totally recommend!

He explained our choices to us. He pressure washed the roof for us. He said that if they ever came back I could just call him.

I hired him and I had a great experience. I no longer have pigeons.

He did a great job on the clean-up and provided some good ideas to avoid repeat visits. I would definitely use them again.
