Arrived on time and went right to work. While on the roof they found some loose tiles which they fixed without additional charge. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company.

We had some problems with pigeons on the roof in the past and the problem kind of came back. Goldstar Services fixed it from what I can tell. The pigeons don't seem to be there anymore. I don't think there was much of a mess to clean up. They put a nest up and some gel deterrent.

He was responsive, and always called ahead to confirm/ schedule appointments promptly. He was a pleasure to work with, and I won't hesitate to use him again. He seemed knowledgeable and was professional.

Professional, on-time and thorough. Three words to describe the work that he did to repair some minor roofing repairs we needed. Not only is he a wiz at roofing but he is a generally-nice guy. We enjoyed working with him.

Explained the problem and performed the services very well. A delight to work with.

I first called Eric about a month ago for an estimate. He told me he had never done a mobile home before but would be happy to take a look at it for me. He came out the next day, went up on the roof and checked the entire area. When he came down he told me where the leaks were and what he could do to fix them. Plus quoting me a price of $200. When I heard the price I was amazed! I told him I would be calling him within the next few weeks for an appointment. When I did call he remembered me and we set up a time. He fixed the roof and explained every step to me. I would trust him to fix anyone's roof. He was a wonderful person to work with.

Eric the owner, power washed all my outdoor furniture and garage door. He even power washed all the outdoor pillows. He also got out his ladder, climbed up to my roof to see where a tile that fell off, was missing from. He glued the broken tile together, told me to wait 24 hours for adhesive to completely dry, and he came back the next day to install it. He charged me $25 for what I am sure others would have charged plenty more for. He even rewashed my hard to clean garage door when he came back to install the roof tile. I will use his services again, thanks Eric!

I called Eric,and made an appointment for him to come out and assess the damage; he returned in two days to perform the work. It took him approximately three hours to complete the job . Eric was prompt ( called if he were going to be a little late ) ;he was genuinely nice and had excellent customer service skills. When the job was completed, I had an additional question about two window sills; and he came out without hesitation ,checked them and applied additional repellant. I was impressed with sense of integrity. I will certainly use his services as needed in the future .

This is my second time around with Mr. Eric Stolz as my pigeon control guru. The first time he screened off an area above my pool equipment where pigeons were nesting. This time around the new generation of pesky, flying rats decided to spend most of their mornings and evenings in an area almost 20 feet in length on my roof. Plus there were two other areas on the roof the chimney included he found and recommended screening. Once again Eric surprised me with the perfection of his workmanship. He probably spent close to one hour pressure washing the roof. He must of collected 40 gallons of droppings. He then vacuumed all of the droppings. It was impressive to see all the piles and mass of dropping on our front artificial lawn that he made disappear with his vacuum. Once all the remnants of this foul fowl were removed, he screened off the areas. He left my front lawn looking better than when he arrived. And it's hard at first glance to see the screens on the roof. He was at my residence for almost the entire day. In conclusion Eric is dependable, hardworking, honest and prepared to help any homeowner with their pest control. He will exceed your expectations and likely be your pest's worst enemy.

Eric was very helpful, spent a lot of time surveying the patio roof, and determined the best solution was to mount a falcon or owl statue to fend off the pigeons. They came because the house had been empty so long. He said, the problem was temporary and to save money ~ do not put anything on the roof. The pigeons were not nesting. He was right, with human activity and falcon, we have no more droppings. The service call was free.

What can I say but WOW! Eric came out as promised and cleaned roof and upstairs deck that was filthy from pigeon droppings. Installed stainless steel spikes where needed ( I needed a lot more feet than was covered under my Angie's coupon), took pictures and did a beautiful job. Do not hesitate to call him with bird or critter problems.

When we relocated here to NV, we used a pigeon specialist company that was recommend by our neighbors (at this time we were NOT members of Angie's list). They did a great job however, they were too expensive & horribly honest in what they did with the babies, nest full of pigeons! I'm not an activist by any means, but I do have morals/respect for Gods creatures. Once, I learned of this information, I allowed them to work only 1 side of my house & were to come back for that 2nd side when the birds flew coop (this was only because I was in a signed contract for the full amount) other then that, I would have hired someone else to do it & the owner argued with me about this, but whether I wasted their time or not, I was the homeowner & you will not harm nor disrespect my property. We're on year #2 now & a new family of pigeons wanted to nest above our Pergola but at a weird angle & at a deep sloped area! Due to the experience w/the last Pigeon specialist my husband thought maybe he take on the challenge & do it himself..ha! He tried, climbed up the ladder & right back down. We turned to Angie's list this time to help find a reputable company & scored with Eric from GoldStar! Eric showed up to give us a free estimate & wasn't afraid to do the job at a fracture of the cost other companies have estimated due to the steep incline of where the pigeons were nesting! When my husband & I liked what Eric had to say we set up an appt. The day of the appt. Eric was running a little behind & he called us to give us that courtesy. When he showed up, he went above & beyond what he needed to do!!! Eric noticed a nest already in that area with eggs, being the animal lover I am--I asked if we could not harm the nest but rather relocate it--he did just that. I respect the honesty & the eager to please attitude. Once, he was done with the job & it looked great-I asked if he could remove a dead pigeon that I saw on my roof in another area of my home without hesitation Eric grabbed his ladder & got the dead bird from the front of my roof. He asked if the last company may have placed poison in this area to ward off the birds from further nesting & to be honest, I don't know BUT, I clearly asked them not to & the simple fact that I had them come back a 2nd time because I did not want them to harm the baby birds should have given them a clear indication that I would not want to poison any future birds!!! In the end, Eric was professional, did a great job, patience-as I had many questions, honest in what he does & went above/beyond to meet our needs! Overall, completely satisfied & would highly recommend him to anyone needing a well-rounded individual w/fair cost that will get the job done! Bonus: he also gave a military discount!!!! Thank you Eric for appreciating the men & women who Serve ;-)

The experience with him went really well. He was great. He did what he said he was going to do and he corrected the situation. He just completed the job but it ended up costing me more money. I knew that was going to happen anyway. He got it in right away and was wonderful. He did the job and that was it. He was very good. I really don’t know how his price was because I didn’t shop around, but I thought it was fair. I just know pest removal is expensive and 1.40 to 1.42. It was okay. His quality of service was excellent.

Did great , even repaired the roof trim boards and some tiles. Took the time to show me exactly what was wrong. Great guy.

Eric has become my goto guy for pigeon control and roof repair. He has done work on my home and apartments I recently purchased. Work is always top notch and always comes back to confirm everything is ok and take care of anything else you may need.

The technician showed up on time and performed the work exactly as requested. We have not had a pigeon problem in that area since.

After a violent hail storm we had several broken roof tiles/ Goldstar services did an excellent repair job. They thenn returned to ensure there were no leaks.

Eric returned my phone call promptly and worked with me to schedule an appointment during the required time frame. He said he would arrive sometime between 9 and 10 in the morning, but actually arrived after noon; he called to say he would be delayed. Once he arrived he was very professional and courteous. He performed the roof repair and completed the power washing that afternoon. Due to darkness he had to return the next day to complete the pigeon proofing. The house has been vacant for a long time so the pigeons had built 4 nests and built up large piles of poop; it was a mess! Eric did a great job of cleaning it all out, and has promised to come back to do more if the pigeons return.

The work was completed as described in the package I purchased but I found out that it wasn't a "deal"...his regular price the same work is actually $125 ($4 less than the package I purchased).

Eric was very prompt at scheduling an appointment. He was able to come and give me details regarding pigeon clean-up, removal, and prevention while I was at work. Eric was at the house when I arrived home. He showed me a picture of the problem areas. He cleaned up the pigeon poop on the roof. He also added wiring to prevent the pigeons from returning. Eric also volunteered to spray for bugs at no extra cost. Appreciated him working with my schedule and explanation of work. Will use again if necessary.

My experience was all positive. The price was fine.

Due to some initial communication issues, the first appointment needed to be rescheduled. But once Eric did get to my property, he was aplogetic and cordial and even installed additional spikes to make up for the confusion regarding our missed appointments. He did a good job and I would recommend him.

He showed up during the window I was given. He sprayed the inside and outside of the home, taking extra care where I had noticed to be problem areas. He spent lots of time spraying outside and taking care of the ant colonies- even pulling up flagstones. Very impressed at the amount of time he took.

The person providing service had too many personal issues like problems with his truck. He had to go out of town to help a friend, he was lost and went to the wrong house. The job was not completed for a few days.
