Unprofessional office staff with poor responsiveness. Did very limited number of checks on property during one year of management. Questionable charges at end of service.

They have never followed through with the promised inspections. The midlease internal inspection was never completed and highly doubt that the monthly drive by inspections were ever completed. If they were completed they would have noticed that there was a sinkhole in front of my house, that the AC units were stolen, the top of our yard lamp was missing, and our solar screen was missing. The only way we found out about them was through the HOA. They made a "mistake" with the lease writing it for $100 a month less than what we were asking for and their excuse... Oops, sorry. They have very unresponsive and it would be a miracle if they happened to actually return your call. Their typical excuse that you will get everytime you ask about something... we will check on it, we will work on it, we will call you back... good luck getting them to do any of the above. Alot of their neglect and lack of proactiveness has cost us close to $7000 and it hasnt even been a year with them yet! I would definitely avoid this company at least in the Las Vegas area since I cant speak for the other 3 regions, but would assume that their practices are the same.
