Description of Work: I called them to confirm my appointment time. Spoke to the operator and she told me that my appointment time is for noon. I replied "so noon then?", she then said "noon, or sometime after noon". I asked if the tech would call before he showed up, and she replied "yes". I waited at my home and didn't get a call until 5:30 PM, and the tech said that he will be at my place in a 30 minutes, making my actual service at six in the evening. Told the tech that he need not show up since I had other plans. He was apologetic and said that it was a very busy day for them. He asked if I wanted to rescheduel my service. I declined. |I completely understand that they are very busy during this time of year, but they could've at least called me sooner to let me know about the delay. |Not a very good first impression for this potential customer.

Arriving promptly and maintaining cleanliness upon departure, the servicemen were honest and polite, as we found quite refreshing. Never once did they impose any feeling of pressure with unwanted sales pitches. They were attentive to keeping us well informed of everything I'd otherwise have inquired about. Gold Medal's employees continued to carry a sense of propriety and professionalism, of which I viewed admirably throughout the job's entirety. They sought to accommodate my own hectic schedule to fit our time frames conveniently; the job completed at my home continues to prove as flawless! Gold Medal is a monetarily sound choice and a company of quality workmanship we learned to be trustworthy, efficient, effective, and honorable! They have earned my loyalty as an appreciative customer who'd recommend them to anyone I know!
