Two men worked for me. The owner demanded that i needed to give them a tip directly and then they would distribute the tips to the two gardeners. I had to request them to trim my apricot tree multiple times. One day after I asked one of the gardeners to trim the tree and he snapped back at me. I asked the other gardener why they would not trim my tree and his response was that they had not received a ticket. This went on for 3 months. One of the gardeners ended up quitting and the other gardener told me flat out that he would not trim my tree. Then one day the wind blew off a branch and the tree died. I have requested multiple times to have my money refunded because my tree is dead. They have refused to return the money and I have had to get the tree removed.

Never called back.

The rock job went well in the front. No rocks were added to side yard. No lateral line was added. Gerryrigged drop lines to several new plants. Most of the smaller shrubs were receiving so much water it ran onto sidewalks and into the street. Some of my existing plants were removed. In the back yard a couple of the trees weren't plant properly and again water cascaded across portions of my yard. The trees that were planted properly should have had fresh dirt added to the in hospital soil. I think the most significant problem came from the company owner's failure to be on the project site until lunchtime and the next week to ask me for more money. The original cost with a disabled veteran discount was $2,200. In the end it actually reached more than $3,000. I brought up the problem with the trees not being planted properly. I explained I would get another company to do it right. Prior to this conversation they promised to come back and adjust the water on the Japanese trees after the first 30 days. It never happened. Had to call the owner to tell him my trees were dying in the extreme heat. He came out to reset the water himself. End of summary.

They come promptly and leave the yard in impeccable condition. I've used them for quit a while and love their service. I've even referred them to 3 other people who are currently using them.

All work was done satisfactorily and when special requests are made, the owner responds personally to check out any issues.

Never used their service. Never returned my call. I went with another company.

Punctual and generally thorough. Responsive to suggestions. We have used them for over a year.

They are always here and do a great job, Working with Carmen has formed a great relationship and if something id not quite right she takes care of it right away. Best lawn service I have had and a pleasure to do business with.

Doni and his crew put in rock and boulders. Clean up and helped with the timer and all the water functions. Doni and Carmen are the best and we appreciate their honesty and caring personalities.

We have had them for about a month now. They are good so far. Their pricing is average.

Great - they are willing to work with you. My previous company had not been as attentive to the yard and there were certainly some areas that needed work. When the new company I planned on hiring was a and quot;no showand quot;, Donnie was able to fit me into his schedule to come out and give me a an estimate. Even though it was a little higher than I wanted to initially pay per month, in the long run it will average out better than if I were to do a complete clean-up of the yard first. I would definitely recommend this company. Especially for the ease of which they are to work with.

They did a superb job, Donnie and his wife are the best they made me feel at ease, they gave me a price and said they would be able to do the job. It was everything I had pictured it to be and it was exactly what I wanted. I didn't need to tell them what to do at all, they just knew. The workers were nice and friendly. They were a good group and willing to work with my schedule.

They charge $50 a month for general lawn maintenance like pruning, trimming grass, and picking up plant debris. They are very professional and seem to be knowledgeable. They are very punctual as well.

Donny and his wife both called me and apologized, it was a miscommunication on their part and they have rectafied the problem. I will contiue to use them, and ask Angies list to please retrack the rating I left earlier as they are going above and beyond to make this right. Thank you

I called and set an appointment for an estimate, Donny made it out to my home and looked at my large yard. We agreed on a price for a Fall and quot;deep cleaningand quot; of the yard on Nov 1, 2013, set a monthly price for weekly service that we both agreed upon. I also mentioned to him that I have sprinklers that needed repair as well. He walked away assuring me he would have someone fix the spinklers after the weekend to which I agreed. Today is the 8th of the month and I have yet to hear from them. Nobody has shown up or even tried to call me. I have my cell with me at all times, and I made it a point to be here on the days he was suppose to be here. I am very disapointed in the way this was handled, I had high hopes and expected more of him after talking to him and feeling so reassure he would take care of my yard..

Doni responded to our call promptly and scheduled for service in a few days. They came to do the work late in the day and ran out of daylight to see effectively so they made plans to come back in two days to finish up. The two men who performed the work were very efficient, friendly, and knowledgable. They readily answered all our questions, of which there were many. We were impressed with their concern that the job be done correctly and that they kept busy until the work,was completed. They made suggestions regarding future landscaping needs which we plan to use them for. All in all, a refreshing company to do business with.

Great always there, never muss a week. All ways there if I need to talk to him about something. Goes above and beyond always.

Overall, they are are a good team Doni is willing to work with you and is able to help you out with a few special projects here and there. The crews are good, some are better than others, or some days are better than others. But I can always tell which days they come out. Very honest, nice group of guys, very trust worthy.

Doni Chapman is the most honest and hardworking contractor I have worked with, his pricing is very fair and his work quality is excellent. He is quick to respond to any issue or problem that I have. For instance my irrigation pipe broke on a Tuesday monring and he was there that afternoon to fix it.

I would give them all A's and I will definitely continue using them.

Doni is very persoanble and great to work with. He came to my house early in the morning discussed pricing and all it took was a call to start the work going.

I found them on Angie's List. As far as their landscaping and mowing the lawn, they were excellent. As far as their knowledge of the repairs of the sprinkler system, they failed desperately. I told them to leave the property and not come back. They tried to do some repairs and everything that they touched was worst by the time they got done with it than when they'd started. There was no technical knowledge what-so-ever. With mowing the lawn, trimming the bushes and all that, they were very good, but now I am doing it myself. They started the work at about the middle of May. They didn't charge me anything extra for the repairs but their landscaping service price was a little inflated to being with. He promised that he's do things but it wasn't delivered. They tried to deliver it but it still was still lacking. He was a real nice guy but didn't follow through and the technical knowledge.
