All employees go through an in-depth background check and regular drug tests. WE do NOT remove pets, only small rodents! Our service professionals are extremely knowledgeable and go through rigorous training to stay up to date on new products, equipment and procedures. This is a must in an industry that is always changing. All service employees are uniformed and arrive in marked/logo-ed vehicles. We utilize top notch equipment and non-generic materials. No sub-contractors used. We offer different promotions throughout the year for new customers and a great referral program for our existing customers.

Commercially we also offer pigeon control We offer a wide range of different frequency's of service from monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly Commercially we also offer Daily, weekly, twice-monthly, monthly, bi-monthly,quarterly or any other type of frequency that our customers needs.

They came out yesterday. They did everything they said they'd do. He let us know that he had some free time and that he could come out early if we wanted which worked out well for us.

With your permission I would like to contact you and find out some more details on what occurred so that I can take all of the necessary steps to assure that this never happens again. Did the incident take place before we serviced your home or after? our records indicate that we performed a service at your home back in the beginning of September 2014, is this when the incident occurred? All of my service staff carry company cellular phones, do you happen to remember what number you requested to receive a phone call back at so that I can review all of that technicians phone records for that time and see if any attempts were made to return your wife's call. My records also indicate that you were having an ant problem, I also would like to follow up and see how things have been with the ants. Glen went into every nook and cranny in the house and knocked out existing webs to make sure there wasn't anywhere critters could nest. He knew we had pets and explained the potentcy of the pesticides, and how long to wait until things dried. Overall, it was a very thorough and competent service call. I rate this company very highly.
Description of Work: Through a special offer, the whole interior and exterior were treated with pest control. Glen was very knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. I would use this service again and was especially happy with Glen's service.

The service went well. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. They are coming back out today for a monthly treatment. I plan on signing an annual contract with them. The staff is thorough and professional. They did a nice job and got rid of the pests.

They called the day before and set up appointment for the next day got here on time very professional little talking got job did the paper work and left came in a professional marked truck . Went around the outside of the house spraying ,sprayed around the front yard and seams in the driveway to kill the ants very nice job happy with it

I have signed a monthly contract with them. They give me a call before they come. I previously had an ant problem and havent had any issues once they started spraying. I have cats but the products they use are safe for them too.

Scott, our service tech, was extremely pleasant and professional. He called the day before the service to confirm the appointment time and arrived the next day right on time. He gave us lots of information about the problems we had this fall (with ants) and was very thorough and professional in treating our home. We would definitely use this service in the future.

The first person that came to the house did the exterior. Due to the cold weather, his hose had a split in it and he did not want to chance doing the interior. I was called to reschedule and did. When Glen came to my home, I found him to be very polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing in the interior. He also did the exterior again. I have not seen one ant since the house was done. Glen said that if the ants returned, to gve him a call.

Glen is always very professional . He calls to confirm his appointment each month and is there on time. He covers every inch of the property. He always informs me of how long to wait before I let the dog outside. He always reiterates that if I see anything to call and he will come right back for another treatment. Last year we had an ant problem and Glen was on top of it instantly. Within two treatments we did not have any ants. I recommend this company very highly. Already have referred my friends.
