The service has been going wonderful. The tech was very friendly and explained things. If they are having a problem with scheduling, they call me and let me know what is going on. The price is pretty descent. On a yearly contract every other month, it is $50. I think it is pretty good. I have not seen any bugs in the house. They are very friendly. They are there to take my phone calls. A tech calls me to let me know when they are on their way ahead of time or how long it will be before they are there.

The employee was both professional and friendly. He answered all our questions without hesitation and even answered questions we hadn't thought of.

The service tech was on time, congenial and got the job done efficiently. Before leaving, he gave me more information about regular, scheduled maintenance services offered. He also advised me to call him back if I noticed any further ants or other bugs in and around the interior of my home, most especially in the kitchen, and he would be back to re-spray, at no additional charge. I must say that since his service, my home has been bug-free, most especially of the ants which had invaded my kitchen. I'm really happy with the service Global provided! Got bugs? Get Global.....

Uniformed technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional. The tech listened to my concerns about the chemicals not harming grazing pets that we have in the yard. He treated the interior and exterior in less than an hour. I was happy to find quite a few dead bugs (mostly cockroaches) on the sidewalk and patio the next day, legs in the air. After a month, however, the treatment seems to have worn off; we found a few live bugs (earwigs, ants and vagabond spiders) still exploring our house interior, along with lots of healthy cockroaches joining us for dinner on the patio...

We don't have those things anymore :-)

They are fabulous about coming out and the technicians are great. We recently just used them for a scorpion issue. The technicians are always professional, friendly, and accommodating. They graciously take care of the problem and will come back out to take care of anything else as well. The people in the office are also professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend and use this provider again.

I purchased a year deal through Angie's list in the morning. I had seen some ants in the kitchen and was looking for service quickly. Around noon, I finally called them but they still had not received a correspondence from Angie's list but they were happy to look into it. They called me back quickly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They came out when promised, treated the house inside and out. The service technician was very knowledgeable. The ants were gone by the next day. They also called with a follow-up to make sure that they met my expectations. I look forward to building a relationship with them.

Tech called before he arrived and was on time, and was very friendly and professional. He put on paper shoes when he entered the house and went to work spraying. He did the interior of each room and also all around the house including around the bushes. I would definitely hire him again. Several weeks later and I am still finding dead roaches outside and my ants are gone from the inside. Well done!

They contacted me right away, made an early convenient appointment and showed up right on time. Tyler, the technician, was friendly, clean, informative and careful about my pet cats. He was quick and, as far as I can tell, thorough. He offered me annual monthly service but no pressure or hard sell.

David (tech) was knowledgeable, courteous and performed a very thorough job. He didn't mind us asking questions and gave tips about how to prevent certain pests from returning.

We live in the Lone Mountain area where lots of insects are also found. Furthermore, we have pets and their corrals in the back yard. I used to use Bulwark but their service has gone down significantly in quality, and so have been in search of its replacement. I bought an Angie's List deal for $60 from Global Pest Control. The guy came out on time, was very professional and very clean; he sprayed even the landscape in the front yard (which none of the previous providers ever did). He sprayed inside as well. All for $69! This despite me having told him before he began that $69 was probably not enough to spray both outdoors/indoors for our house. I gave him $20 tip, and signed one year contract (less than $400 for the whole year) on the spot.

Glen and his team were fantastic, very professional from beginning to end. They assessed the problem, did what was needed and were very courteous the whole time. They had to come out a few times to get rid of my indestructible ants, but they prevailed and now I don't have any more ants-hooray! Will definitely use again and I highly recommend this company.

I use them every month. He is great. I have no complaints about them at all.

I thought I didn't need pest control for my house because I hadn't seen very many bugs inside. Well, all that changed in July, when march of the ants came through town. Hundreds of ants in my house and I could not tell from where they were coming. I immediately contacted Global and they came out the next day at 7:30 in the morning. The technician was very professional, kind and did a great job. He sprayed inside and out. I advised him I had seen another type of bug but I couldn't tell him what it was and I didn't have a sample corpse to provide. He said that the next time I saw one, catch it, call him and he'd come pick it up to see what it was and whether I needed a different type of pesticide for this creature. I've only seen 2 or 3 this whole month so I didn't worry about it. I'm not all that bothered by bugs but when they come in my house in a marching formation the side of small dictatorship's army, it starts to gross me out. I've decided to keep the company coming once a month to do the outside. I'll have them spray the inside as the need arises or every season. There is no additional charge for that, it's just my choice because I'd like to limit the chemicals inside my home even though I'm assured they're safe for me and my dog. Great job. No complaints. They even leave the bill and I pay online.

Great, except at the end, he handed me a paper to sign and as I started to sign it I realized it was for a year contract which is not what I had asked for. I just wanted the one time bug prevention spray. Then the company also called me the next day and wanted to schedule my next appt. for the contract. I informed them that is not what I wanted and that I had not signed a contract.

They did an amazing job!! I just got off the phone with their rep and it was very nice pleasant conversation and was very informative. They were very professional and personal.

They have been doing as good a job as they can out here. I am happy with the black widow control and the roach control. I would say all in all they are a good agency. They did what they said they would do.
