We have a back wall, we wanted a small matching wall to separate our property from our neighbors. Before the project started, I told Joanna (the person in the office) I was a member of Angies List and I was looking forward to giving them all A's. They delivered the brick. I told the person who was there the brick color doesn't match. He told me not to worry about it. This brick was going in the hole and the brick above ground would match. They used the same brick. We were at work while the wall was built. When I complained, Francisco told me the texture was the same. The grout doesn't match the back wall. They didn't finish the top of the wall with cement or a finishing brick. Francisco said it would be another $125 to finish it. We said ok. They did the waterproofing. Francisco told us it takes 4 days to dry and they would be back then to fill in the hole and finish the top. The next day, Joanna called me and asked for final payment. I told her the job was not finished and we would pay when it was finished. We argued. I reminded her I was a member of Angies List and I would be writing a review. She told me they don't subscribe to Angies List so I cannot write a review. She hung up on me. I called her back and cancelled putting a top on the wall ($125.00) Later that day it rained. The metal that was exposed rusted. They did fix that. The wall was finished the following Tuesday and I released the final payment.
