Description of Work: The GeekSquad person came to our home and looked at our television problem. He said he did not have the item on his truck that he needed to fix our TV. We had prepaid GeekSquad whatever the charge was. He did not fix our machine and we were charged. He told us to go to Fryes and purchase a specific item that 'would do the job'. We went to Fryes and were told there that they never heard of the item that Geek Squad said would 'fix' our machine. We called Geek Squad back more than 3 times. We also called the Geek Squad representative that initially came to our home. |We were not called back by the representative who initially visited us. The Geek Squad told us when we called back to them that they could not help us. |A total waste of time and money.
