I really wanted Lily Ann cabinets, after searching around town and comparing several sources for kitchen cabinets. I needed cabinets ordered two weeks from when I first stopped in, with the intent of arrival approximately a month from when I was ready to order (the website says 1-2 week delivery if you order off the website), so I thought this should be plenty of time. After stopping into the showroom and receiving an "I'll call you tomorrow", then never getting the call, I called a few times, e-mailed, and always was told "I'll get back to you this afternoon" with the final price for what we discussed, delivery and installation timing, etc., but I never got return calls. I should have just moved on and accepted that I could not get Lily Ann cabinets, but I continued because I figured I just needed them to put in the order (it's not that difficult) for me and I could handle it from there. I thought doing cabinets and countertops from the same place made sense and would ultimately be easier. The communication is terrible. After several unanswered e-mails and calls to check up on whether or not the cabinets were actually ordered, I got an e-mail saying they should arrive Jan 3rd. No other information was provided. On Jan 4th, I called to see why they were not delivered and apparently the order was lost, and the manger asked if I had checked the tracking number (which I was never given). Clearly they had either never ordered the cabinets, or had not checked when it did not arrive on the 3rd. It took several days for them to locate my cabinets, which was supposed to be installed on the 10th. Cabinets did not arrive until the 12th. The installers were nice enough, but shredded the inside of the cabinets where screws settled, forgot some shelving (which I'm just going to have to order from the company directly - clearly I'm not going to mess with going through the Las Vegas office), and left a mess of extra screws, sawdust, and splinters inside the cabinets. The Granite contractor they used was very nice and skilled, but again there was an absolutely complete lack of communication from the Las Vegas Cabinets side who contracted the granite, so I just had to constantly ask questions to try and figure out what was going on. The quality of the cabinets by the maker (Lily Ann Cabinets) is great, but my experiences with the local distributor/installer were terrible. Basic organization and communication were completely lacking, I hope no one else has such a bad experience!
