It went very well. The repairs were minor but needed to be completed. They were completed in a timely manner and professionally done. The kitchen cabinets were painted 1 1/2 years ago; in the time since, there has been some minor chipping that was apparent. Gary cheerfully had this checked into and promptly repaired, without complaint. He also readied the house for real estate showings: there wasn't too much clutter but the clutter that was obvious, he straightened and basically "fluffed up" the house. This improved the appearance of the interior Three years ago Gary oversaw the refurbishment of the house. The house had good "bones" but was dated; we also converted an area, off of the kitchen, into a butler's pantry...the space was probably meant to be a laundry room but was never made into such. He had great ideas about how to maximize the storage, and work in all of the things we wanted, into a fairly small and limited space. He also devised a paint scheme, which modernized the house, which built on some of the elements already present. The realtor selling the house is also the realtor we used when purchasing the property: she is very pleased with the results of the work Gary has done and thinks it will definitely help sell the property. His work made it a joy in which to live. In summary, working with Gary Adams is a delight...he is great fun but more importantly, he is full of terrific and practical ideas. When our project began, we told him we wanted "attractive but also very functional and not over the top." That was exactly the outcome of our project. He is prompt, professional, creative, and great fun. We have been so pleased with his work, and so trust his judgement, that while he will not be able to manage or do the necessary work, we are having him review plans for a project we will do, at a later time, in a location way beyond Las Vegas. We wish we could clone him and take him to our other project! We wholeheartedly recommend Gary Adams Interiors.

Gary had his recommended sub contractors come over and give me full written estimates. We discused all of my desires and with Gary's expert input I really feel I got even more. I reviewed all the quotes and accepted them. The way Gary works, I have the ability to accept or reject any sub contractor....I felt comfortable with every one and as you will find out working with Gary, the project went on beautifully....I paid all the subs...that made it even better. Gary was my eyes and ears from start to finish. He was on site the entire time. Thats what I wanted and thats what I recieved. I had a vacation planned to Europe and I left feeling extremely confident the project would be handled....and when I returned I had the biggest smile... Not only did Gary do what he said...Oh no he went above and beyond...my entire house was cleaned....including my carpets and windows...not to mention some fresh flowers to welcome me back. If there was any problems while I was gone. The were taken care of...again I just love the "Concierge Design Service" he offers. To tell the truth, next year when I travel. Gary Adams will be tackeling my master bath....

Gary has done everything from keeping us current with routine maintenance items to being the owner's representative for landscaping and other major projects. Most recently our two HVAC system components needed to be replaced. The builder in its wisdom failed to provide an attic access hatch large enough to accommodate standard size new components, and because of the roof construction the attic access hatch could not be enlarged. This necessitated cutting a hole in the ceiling to remove the old components and install the new ones. The work was done in two days while we were away. We returned to find the new HVAC systems installed, the hole in the ceiling invisibly patched, and the house cleaned of all the drywall dust that inevitably accompanies such work. If endless home maintenance and repair and 'honey do' chores are not your thing, and you would like things done on time, on budget and correctly the first time, you should seriously consider Gary's concierge service.

Our first contact with Gary was a $250,000 home renovation that was perfect. Our next project was the above where the size of the new refrigerator meant wall removal and many cosmetic and mechanical changes to make everything work. It was done when we were out of town since we have a tremendous amount of faith that Gary is dependable and will solve little problems without bothering us, but knows when he needs to talk to us for big problems. We returned and the job was done perfectly. We are now starting our third project with Gary which will be a complete renovation of the master bathroom including flooring and tile, along with appropriate hardware. The project will be about $30,000. Again, we chose to have him do this when we are out of town and have no worries that the job won't be done perfectly.

Gary is one of the friendliest and most personable Designer I have ever worked with. He found the perfect choice of flooring to match my style, and was present the entire time of the installation. With his eye for the finest details, the work went quickly, and was immaculate! It was a pleasure from start to finish because I didn't have to worry about anything!

Tore out all the fixtures (tubs and sinks) tore out all the old tile on the floor and replaced with new modern looking design ( makes the rooms look so upscale) tore out old tub I never used in master bathroom designed and installed new large shower with multiple shower heads. Wonderful . New granite counter tops to accent tile. New sinks and hardware with modern sleek design Took care of all the details (made sure all existing hardware matched with new hardware) Tile everywhere. all the way up to the ceiling. Tile work around half round window is meticulously done. Color coordinated paint with accents in tile. e

Gary was wonderful to work with. He handled every aspect of our home renovation, provided top of the line contractors and personally made sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted it. He was there every step of the way allowing us to continue working, including travelling, giving us the confidence to know all was being done right even though we were not there. We could not be happier and certainly would use Gary again for any project, large or small.

Gary does not exaggerate with his words "To help bring your dream to living reality". We first contacted him in September of 2014 and he traveled outside the Las Vegas area to meet with us. He was impressive from the beginning! His genuine interest in the type of furniture and rugs we chose to furnish our home was unwavering. Unique furniture and colors he made available for our selections.His expertise and input was invaluable. Throughout the process he was courteous, knowledgeable and enjoyable. This was our first time we've used a concierge design service yet, because of Gary we would choose this path on any future projects. Yet our choice would only be Gary, because he is an indescribably gifted designer!! We are very grateful for Gary. We have had some company to our home, yet not completely done, they say it reflects a warmth and uniqueness, an asset we were looking for. Thanks to Gary our home has turned out to be what we wanted. I might add that Gary was always on time for every appointment or delivery done. He is a gifted professional.

I have never felt in better hands. Gary has impeccable taste, and a eye for perfection. All of the sub contractors that he used had to live up to these standards, and I never had to worry about a thing. He made it clear that he was there for the entire process, and I am grateful that he was. His warmth and personality had me laughing the entire time! I can't recommend him highly enough...I wish that there was an A+!

Gary was the perfect person for the work we needed! He helped us select tile, carpet, paint, and ceiling fans, using suppliers and contractors that he was very familiar with from previous jobs. Everyone Gary recommended offered a reasonable price for their products or services and did an excellent job. As we were not in town during the remodeling, Gary supervised all aspects of the project and provided daily updates, complete with copious pictures so that we could feel like we were there. He regularly consulted with us, offering suggestions for details that enhanced the final result and answering our questions. When we moved to Las Vegas several months later, we were very pleased with the transformation of our home! (Note that the total cost of the remodeling was around $29,100, including $9,525 for Gary's services.)

Gary is a joy to work with. He is fun, efficient, easy to get along with and responsive. He saved us a lot of money with his vendor discounts, and we recommend him to all our friends.

When it comes to vendor reviews, there are two essential criteria: 1. would you use the vendor again? And 2. Would you recommend the vendor to a friend? I will apply these criteria to Gary Adams Interiors and answer the questions with an unequivocal YES. We moved to a high end home last summer and felt lost when it came to decorating the home. We undertook significant remodeling of the home. We had a few essential pieces of furniture and several pieces of art and furniture we wanted to incorporate into whatever we developed but we were at a loss on how to proceed. We interviewed three design companies and decided Gary Adams Interiors would work best for us. My wife has an eclectic style and I am more traditional. Gary listened to BOTH of us and incorporated both of our styles into his recommendations. That being said, Gary worked closely with my wife and together they came up with numerous positive ideas for developing our home. Whenever he came over, he had myriad positive suggestions for making our house into the showcase it could become. Gary made many low cost suggestions that significantly improved the look of our home. I want to emphasize that Gary listened to us and our preferences. He worked with us over several months. The cost of services figure listed above includes the purchase costs of furniture, decorative pieces and window treatments. Gary has a bevy of fine contractors he recommends. We utilized several of them and had fantastic results. Are his recommended contractors cheap? No, however, they are professional and very competent. I would say, though, that Gary?s recommendations saved us several thousand dollars when it came to a variety of handyman and miscellaneous repairs. Gary could be counted on to handle repairs and contractor issues in our absence and he didn?t hesitate to assist when we had a contractor issue (regardless of whether he recommended the contractor or we found the contractor on our own). Gary charges an hourly rate, which he fairly bills. You do not have to worry that he?s trying to upsell some product so he?ll receive a larger commission. If the product is best from World Market, he?ll suggest World Market. If a potential product is best from a Macy?s sale, he?ll suggest a Macy?s sale. You will not feel ripped off when you use Gary Adams. What are Gary?s down sides? Well, he?s a busy designer. He may not be available at your beck and call. He has his own life and may be traveling and not available for a few days. That human frailty added to Gary?s charm and authenticity. He?s real and he will deal with you like you are his friend and not just his client

This is an older house that we moved Mother into several years ago. It's a nice space but rather outdated. The kitchen and breakfast nook were separated from the dining area with a small door that really didn't make any sense. Beyond the dining area is the main living room. We patiently looked forward to GAI becoming available as he really did us proud last year on our own home remodel. And all I knew was that old door separating the kitchen and dining room should come out. Not to disappoint, Mr. Adams concurred and expounded. His contractor removed not only the door but also twelve feet of wall between the kitchen and dining/living area. The end result is an open space that thrills us all. There is now a kitchen counter that actually has space for 5 stools that nestle up to a beautiful custom counter-top. It is surprising how often we find ourselves enjoying those stools rather than a sofa cushion. But even those sofa cushions are now more or less part of this new and open living area. The kitchen, dining area and living room are all one beautiful flowing space. And handsome cabinet space beneath the new counter gave Mom something she'd wanted for some time. GA came up with a beautiful color for the walls and cabinets - and we can thank him enough for making us feel special - again!

The interior design work progressed rapidly at first but was delayed a few weeks due to a family emergency in Gary interior designer family. When Gary returned he finished the work quickly. Gary always answered my question and always returned my calls.

We were very pleased with all of the many ways Gary helps a house become a home. We worked with Gary for 9 months getting our Forever House completed just the way we wanted. He was such an asset to our project. He stepped in throughout the process and guided us in the right directions. He is fun and easy to work with. We highly recommend Gary!

I love working with Gary! He can do anything and everything, as far as I'm concerned. He works with wonderful people and he always has someone that can do what you need. Gary and I have gone shopping for furniture, fabrics, paints, and everything in between. He has excellent recommendations, but will always take into account your own personal taste. He wants your project to look like you want it, not like every other home in Las Vegas. He is very easy to talk to and takes the time to figure out what you need. We have done many projects together and he is always my first call when I need anything else. We are going to be starting our next project very soon. I have recommended him to anyone and everyone that is looking for a designer. My mom has also worked with Gary and she loves him too!

Gary has a degree of professionalism that is immediately noticed when he engaged with us. He took the time to listen and ask key questions so that we both felt he understood. The ability to have a meaningful conversation was key to asking Gary to move forward. He and his team arrived on time; they were very professional, and each of them brought a depth of knowledge to their respective trade. During this visit it was about "us" and how they could help turn our house back into our home.

The experience with Gary has been beyond fantastic, he has completed all projects on time, in budget and with results that went beyond our expectations. In addition, he is such a wonderful person, very caring and sensitive to our views and always a pleasure to work with. He offers his opinion only after considering our views and becoming aware of our design likes and dislikes. His access to vendors (Painters, A/V Design and Install, Fine Cabinet design and construction, Window Treatments and Installation, Landscaping, Pool Design and Construction) is wonderful. He has worked with these people for years and we were very pleased with all his recommendations and their work. His fees are very reasonable, and he is very respectful of budget. He recently also provided design help for my Mom after her recent move to Las Vegas. I would highly recommend Gary Adams Design for any project from small to large.

This was the first time we used an interior decorator and the experience was comfortable, exciting, fun, and rewarding. Gary worked closely with us to get a result which was a combination of our likes and his expertise decorating. We could have tried for months to do this on our own and had two results - nothing near as good as we got using Gary - and a strained relationship! The whole process from initial meeting to latest work was fun and rewarding. We initially met with Gary to discuss our ideas and collection followed by a walk through of the new house before we moved in to allow Gary and us to further define our ideas. After we were mostly moved in, Gary spent two different visits with us placing wall hangings, placing some furniture, and in general working with us to make our house, our home. The exciting part was working closely with Gary, he's high energy, listened well to our ideas/wishes, and blended our unrefined ideas with his expertise to turn our house into a home that reflects our tastes and personalities and which we are very proud to show to friends and family. Gary's last visit included more assistance placing some of our recent acquisitions and Scott installing our two new, large light fixtures in the entry way and the dinning room. Gary helped us purchase the light fixtures at a considerable savings. Scott was great, the installations went smoothly, including installing new dimmer switches. We were very impressed with Scott's attention to detail including touch up painting needed because the bases of new light fixtures were slightly different from existing fixtures. We have a large game room from which we need to remove a pool table. Once the pool table is gone, we'll be inviting Gary back to help us one more time. To sum things up, Gary helped us turn our house into a home we truly love.

Slowly at times but completed to our satisfaction. He had many sugestions but always respected our preferrences. We are extremely satisfied with his sevices to date. He is still working with us.

Gary and Scott did exceptional work in installing a doorway between the Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom and French Doors going into the Formal Dining Room. All work was performed to the highest standards and accomplished on a timely basis. They kept us apprised of what was to happen and when it was to take place. The work exceeded our expectations and was reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to recommend Gary Adams Interiors L.L.C. for any projects around the home.
