+ -1 moreI called this company to get an estimate on fixing my sprinkler system. At first the man that answered the phone wouldn't admit to being a landscaping company and answered as a private party. When I said I got their name from Angies List he perked up and said oh yes, yes, it is us. So I made the appointment. They showed up on time but speak very little English and I speak no Spanish. After explaining what I wanted done they took some measurements but didn't really know how to figure square footage and the measurement was incorrect. Too low actually. Then, without asking me if I wanted seed or sod they automatically assumed I was going to pay for sod. When I said no I wanted seed they said they would get back to me with the estimate. I never heard from them again. Maybe they do good grass cutting but they are not a professional company and seem to know little if anything about landscaping. I would never call them again.
Description of Work: No work was done as they never got back to me with an estimate for repairing my sprinkler system.

+ -1 moreCarlos and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, neatly recovering the trenches they had dug.
Description of Work: We had too many plants depending on our one station drip system in our back yard. Carlos came, analyzed the problem and suggested we put in another station. He said we would need an additional irrigation valve and cable for the timer. Our control box allows for 4 stations. We were using two. He ran the wire into the control panel, installed the new irrigation valve, and made sure the system was working properly. He waited patiently as we examined the working system, then changed some drip heads at our request. He had the presence of mind to run the wire for my fourth station (should I decide to install one). I would then have to add another irrigation valve. He left his phone number and an invitation to call if we had any problems. We had a 10 am appointment because he had another job. He called to say he would be an hour late. Communication is appreciated by us, hence the A rating on punctuality.
