F.Y.I. INSPECTIONS INC.

The Master Inspector was very thorough. He asked if we were and quot;handyand quot; and when we replied and quot;yesand quot;, he gave us a detailed explanation of how to fix the minor problems that existed. The inspection took a little longer than I expected (there was a lot of banter going on).

Excellent Home Inspection. Very very thorough. Also very educational as he wanted us to follow him as he completed the inspection. He then explained things as he went. Home inspection will probably pay for itself with the money I will save doing the repairs, that needed to be done, with his instructions. Highly recommended.

This was an exceptionally thorough inspection. I called and originally scheduled the inspection for a Friday which I was told was the earliest the inspector could make it. My realtor then told me my due diligence was up Thursday. I called FYI to inform them of my predicament. The inspector was able to change his appointments around and see me a day early. Already an awesome start. The inspector showed up promptly (even after I forgot to tell him the gate code) and started right away. He took me with him and not only explained what was wrong, but how to fix it. The report was very detailed. I would suggest FYI for anybody that is looking for a home inspector. He was not recommended to me by my realtor, I found him on Angie's List.
