+ -1 moreWhen our couches came in through Furniture Direct, they let us know they were not up to par. There were marks on them and so they would not sell them to me. I was glad for that. If their products are not up to their satisfaction levels, they will not sell them to you. I thought that was great. We wound up canceling our couch order and just went with the table since it was in great condition. Overall, we were really pleased with the honesty this company displayed and their ambition levels to keep their customers happy.
Description of Work: We purchased a large dining table and two couches from Furniture Direct in Vegas.
