The work done by them was terrible and awful. I took my computer to their store. The guy that worked on my computer took my hard drive home and then he quit. They couldn’t find him and they couldn’t find my hard drive too. It took almost two weeks to get it back. They gave me the phone number of the workman and asked me to call him. I haven’t been back to them since then and I wouldn’t go back to them.

Doug is a good computer man; really knows what he is doing. The problem we had the first day was in finally having to clear the hard drive because there seemed no way around that malware which kept me from going online. He was here for 3 hours, and worked all that time. He was pleasant, pushed hard to get the problem fixed, and I didn't hear him cuss once. The problem with the DVD drive neither one of us expected, and the label program I didn't try to find for nearly 2 weeks. Expert Software, the company that made it, I've heard is out of business, and I can understand why. It's not easy to use, at least not for this 83 year old guy. As for the price, like other computer-fixer companies in this town, they charge far more per hour than I'm sure they pay their workers. Recommended, some years back, that a friend go to one to see about getting a job. He told me the next day that (as a recently married man--and as good as I knew he was with computers) he couldn't afford to work for what that company paid.

Outside of requiring me to speak to the manager about the return visit charge attempt the experience was a good one. The technician was very personal and professional.

They did an excellent job showed up on time were very reasonable. Very professional and I would recommend them to any one for all types of computer work.

I am going to have them clean my computers on a regular basis because I am very happy with their service. They checked for virus and got rid of programs that I didn't need as well. Now my computers run great!

Steve was on time. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. We were very satisfied.

We have been calling them for years now, and it has almost become an annual trip to our house. It is nice to having to physically bring our computer to them. The technicians we have met, have all been very personable, and like to joke around with us, while waiting for the computer to finish installing software. The second we start to have problems, Friendly Mobile gets a call, and our PC will be back to normal in short order.
