I’ve been using them for a few years now… Always on time, professional and pleasant. Aaron has serviced our property several times, and we look forward to his visit every other month. The price is fair, and we have not had any issues with insects or other pests since hiring them.

Aaron was great. The office wants to blame him for not telling me everything and I oppose this. He could not have been more helpful or thorough.
I don’t think it’s his fault that he didn’t tell me the service was every other month and that I would be billed monthly.
When I called to start the contract, the woman on the phone insulted me by saying it was me that didn’t understand.
Having been in sales for 30 years, I know it’s not a good idea to blame the customer. Nor did I like when she called me honey.
Sorry, I will not be using your service. I was quoted monthly and later told it was billed monthly but serviced bi monthly.
Sorry, I don’t like these practices.
