You have to purchase 12 months service and they are expensive. The guy assigned to our route was very nice and explained everything. We wanted immediate service which they could do.

Tim arrived earlier than expected and was very professional and friendly. He immediately got started and wasted no time conducting a thorough inspection of my entire property. He wrapped up the job, I signed the paperwork, and one more hand shake later Tim was out the door. It was an excellent experience start to finish.

Easy to get ahold of. They were on-time for both the inspection and doing the actual work. The tech explained what he found and how they would install the rodent traps, while doing the inspection. The installation was done the following week.
