Good work in the end. Just had to remind them to clean the birds and trash off before installing mesh.

It may too early yet to determine if the fumigation was totally successful, but so far so good. Regardless, Michael was very professional, and the process was quick and easy. They responded to my problem immediately, and it looks as though they had the solution. I would certainly recommend them.

I interviewed several companies recommended by Home Advisor, but chose Fortified Pest Management because they are so pleasant and extremely patient explaining the process. Whenever I called with more questions, they always were easy to speak to, and I got fabulous customer service. They left my outdoors clean! They returned in two weeks to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction, and removed a new nest, plus added more spikes at no extra charge. I would give them more stars but it only goes up to 5. If you need to get rid of pigeons on your roof, I would definitely say, CALL THEM1

Curtis was on time and very professional. He installed some bait under the inside stairs. He was to return today with 6 bait traps for the backyard. I have not heard from him as of yet. Never did hear from them. They finally showed up on Monday late afternoon, never called just showed up. The bait traps were to be left for about 3 weeks. They texted to do the pick up between 1-3 pm on the day. The gentlemen showed up at 11. We were not home, he called me and I told him I planned to be there between 1-3. The next 3 times they scheduled the pick them up, they just didn't show up. No phone call, just didn't show. We waited all day each time, just didn't a no show. Very unprofessional. They finally showed up last week to pick them up. I am not sure how they stay in business. I would not hire them again.
