I'm giving 4's because only part of the job is complete yet. Everyone has been very pleasant,called me immediately and came the next day to inspect around the house, I was disappointed I had to wait until the following week to get sprayed. It's been about 5 days since first treatment and had scorpion in kitchen today,hoping I don't see anymore especially since next treatment is this week. Have already recommended them to a few people.

I called them on a Sunday and the owner Tim Newton called me right back, which surprised me. I told him of my Ant problem and we set up an appointment for the next day Monday. His office called me back Monday to verify my appointment. Tim was very polite, punctual, as well as being very informed and knowledgeable. He explained the the treatment processes and told me I could contact them anytime if I had more questions or the problem got worse. I would recommend them.
