Indicated there was an interest in performing the work, but never followed up

I submitted a scope or work i wanted done complete with pictures and very detailed information about what i wanted done. i recieved a bid back. i asked if could buy the laminate myself since it was over 2,000 cheaper then local prices (i bought online) and i could get a higher quality. they said sure changed the bid. so i agreed and we signed. a few days before the floors were to be removed i found out that was not part of the bid. (how i am not sure because they have to remove a floor to put a new one down) but she said it would only be 1300 so i paid it. then i found out when they did the bid it did not include tile under the cabinets and the said it was impossible to do that and then changed to it was a waste of money then changed to there was no way they would do it so i ended up with no floor for 8 weeks while the cabinets came in because they refused to work prior to cabinets being put in and said laminate could not go in first tile had to go first. then i got a call to tell me i needed to find my own contractor to put the toilets back in. they took them out but could not put them in. and the bid did not include a plumber and they could not refer one. so i found a plumber and when plumber arrived one of the toilets they had thrown in my bathtub was broken so i needed a new one. which they said it was like that when they took it out. then they didnt put the molding back on in the bathrooms. then they put tile where the laminate was suppsoed to go even though they had pics of where it was suppsoed to go (posted here) then they put holes in my walls (around the stairs where the laminate was going in) and they said the holes were there when i bought the house too. and then there was damnage to my walls in the master bath where the molding for the laminate went. when i called the manager after 2 months since the date (i have in email) they said they would reimburse me for the toilet he said i could do whatever i felt i had to do because they would get around to me whenever they did and he didnt care. the only reason they fixed my floor and holes in the stair area (not in master-bedroom and they did not replace molding in upstairs bathroom) is because i called the news. i contracted them in march. they finished 30 June. it took them 4 months because they refused to work. and it was just 2 weeks ago (its now mid august) that i got my check and walls repaired. so 6 months from start to finish. thousands more then bid. and more headachs then i can count!
