They worked so incredibly hard and took all the furniture apart and then once up in our new place, worked so hard to put everything back exactly where we needed it. They were professional, hard working, easy going and the service was great. From the point where we made the booking online to everyone turning up on time and doing all of those important things like wrapping up large mirrors and pictures that we had no idea how they needed to be done we felt absolutely confident with the excellent team. Nothing was too much trouble and our worldly goods were treated with care and respect and a dash of dry humor. What I thought was going to be a hideous day (having moved myself on previous occasions) actually became a breeze. In fact, the wife and I spent most of the time in the garden, enjoying the rare bit of sunshine we had that day! The staff from flat price moving and auto shipping were very pleasant, personable and helpful - and not just the guys that turned up on the day to move us, but also the staff 'back at base' who made the booking process easy too. I was determined to find a car shipping company with integrity and I found that flat price auto shipping seemed to be the choice hands down. The customer service is fantastic, they are very friendly, polite and made the coordination extremely easy. When the day of the pickup came, car settled in perfectly for transport! We were finally at ease, once we received notification that our car arrived at it's location in perfect condition. Summary: Couldn't be happier.
