We provide best-in-class Electrical Services to residential and business customers in the greater Las Vegas area (licensed and insured electrical contractor). We excel at installing EV Charging Stations of any make/model (e.g. Tesla, ChargePoint, JuiceBox, Autel, etc.), spa circuits, 240V circuits (e.g. Nema 14-50 outlet), electrical panels and subpanels, but we are also very good at virtually any other electrical installation or remodel. Fixel is part of a new generation of companies that build their services around a purpose. Francisco did a great job all around. Very thorough and explained why certain things were happening and what needed to be done. I will definitely call them back when I need electrical work done.
Description of Work: Light switches upstairs were not working. Francisco found out it was a leak from my AC leaking into a light causing it to short.He was able to fix the issue.

I asked the Electrician to take his shoes off before coming in to our house due to Covid, but he refused, he said he needs to climb the ladder. Usually, technicians bring covers for their shoes. We had to mop the floor after he left to make sure he didn't dragged anything with his shoes on our floor. I was given a quote for $200 that should include the bracket. I was charged for $220 without the bracket since it was not needed and I had to hold up the chandelier while he was installing it. I felt like I was scammed.

Shoes are a safety requirements when climbing ladders and shoe covers make them more slippery. Still, our tech could have a cover on until he reached the ladder and after he was done with the job, but reviews are usually given on a combination of factors, not just one. A one star seems excessively low considering the entire process and the actual installation of your chandelier.
