I called Jeff at Fischer's Pest Control in the morning and explained my problem. He was very knowledgeable and was able to send someone out the next day. Corey, the techie, was prompt and answered many questions I had. They offered me a quarterly service, but I did not purchase it and there was no pressure.

We are very pleased that we found and hired Fischer's Pest Control. The ants are gone, and we feel as if we didn't have to wholly compromise our approach to the environment in getting rid of them. This is the first time in 28 years that we were so overwhelmed by ants (or any other pests) that we felt we needed to bring in professionals. My inclination is to avoid using pesticides and to let all the various pests exist naturally within our ecosystem, as long as they do so outside the house. Our only real problem over the years has been periodic influxes of ants, which I've dealt with as naturally as possible, most recently depending on DE (diatomaceous earth). Unfortunately, this summer, my various efforts to contain the problem with DE didn't work. I wanted to find a pest control company that would help us with the ants without killing every other living thing in our yard (which is landscaped with native and desert-friendly plants specifically because we want to attract birds and other wildlife). Finding a more environmentally conscious pest control company in Las Vegas was a daunting task, but in one of my various Google searches for "integrated pest management," Fischer's Pest Control popped up. On the company's website, Mike Fischer describes his interest in entomology, and his comments made me think his company would be a good fit for us. After calling and talking through my concerns with Jeff, I was sold: he took a great deal of time to listen to and understand our interest in controlling the ants without unduly damaging our environment. I felt equal confidence in Corey, the tech who came to our house. He called us the night before his visit, giving us a one hour window during which he would arrive. The next morning, he arrived promptly as scheduled, and he could not have been any more pleasant and personable. He limited his treatment to our areas of concern and explained the process as he went along. It is a huge relief not having ants marching everywhere (floors, counters, walls, ceilings) anymore, and a pleasure finally to be able to use the kitchen again. We are grateful for Fischer's help and are looking forward to seeing Corey every other month to keep the situation under control.

Fischer's Pest Control came out and instantly diagnosed the problem. They had built a colony in our walls and were feeding from the neighbor's house! Within literal hours of Fischer's leaving we saw improvement and within days the ants and finally vanished. I even talked to my neighbor and got them on the Fischer's train and we both couldn't be happier. Talking to the guys at Fischers, this is a Las Vegas company that understands Vegas. There is no comparison. Must use.

This company really sets the bar high for customer service and effective treatments. I worked with Jeff on the phone to arrange my service. Jeff is knowledgeable and patient and walked me through the process for treatment, and gave me a quick education on the life cycle of the cockroach. My service was setup quickly, and there was a tech at my door the very next day. Tommy, my tech, was friendly and professional. In the days following the treatment, I could see evidence of the treatment's effectiveness as dead roaches began to appear. I highly recommend this company not only for the effective treatments, but also because of their outstanding professionalism and customer service.

Service is provided on the first Thursday of every other month. Since it fell on the 4th of July, Tommy called and asked if he could schedule the service on Tuesday. He came on time, asked if we had seen any critters, sprayed and checked everything, and then was on his way. Very professional, very courteous.

Nothing stands-out, it was just normal service. Nothing special, it was just pest control thing. They seemed to do the job.

They did really well. They covered and did the pest control really well. The product they used killed the bugs pretty good. I’m pretty happy with them. I will use their services again in the future.

Mr. Ed Fischer is the owner of Fischer’s Pest Control. It is a new company. Mr. Fischer recently split from his partner and started his own pest control company, Fischer’s Pest Control. While they came out, they provided excellent service. They paid attention to the place where I indicated that I had problems with ants. They left something behind for the ants. They completely worked around my schedule. They came out at 8.00 pm on Monday because that was the only time at which I was available. Mr. Fischer was very thorough. If he felt that I hadn’t cleaned up a particular place, he’d ask me to clean that out so that he could spray in there. He provided very good service. He also offered to come back in case I spotted ants during any point of time. He was willing to come back and re-spray. He also made sure that everything was alright for the next couple of months. He was very accommodating.
