Appointment for estimate was prompt and professional. The crew they sent was respectful of our home and cleaned up very well when the job was complete. Very satisfied and would use this company again.

The work that was specified in the contract was done within a few hours. They cleaned up everything afterwards.

All went well, no problems. Got 3 estimates, two were similar in price and in expertise in roof type and what needed to be done. Other roofer was almost double the price and also was not going to do all the needed work; he was first estimate and I learned from second and third roofer as to what was needed to do it right.

Everybody I've had contact with was very pleasant and responsive to my roof problem. Angel did the work, he was nice to deal with and professional, everything looked great from what I could see. It rained the night after the job was finished, and there were no leaks around the fireplace. I will probably call in about a year from now to have them check the roof for problems that may occur, the high winds in my area slam into the roof and displace the tiles.

Kevin and his crew were great. The entire crew was very professional. Upon job completion they called to make sure that we did not have anymore leaks. They also called after first rain to make sure that the roof is holding

Contacted First Quality Roofing, and several others, for free estimates. Billy K. of First Quality came to our house to give us an estimate. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and offered us different ideas of what we could do to fix our patio cover. His estimate was by far the lowest of all the estimates we received, and the guarantee was for 5 years. We decided to go with First Quality Roofing based on the estimate and the reviews of this provider on Angie's List. On the day of the work, an employee by the name of Angel, showed up on time, performed the work in the promised time, and even did some extra sealing and minor repairs on the roof of our home, as well as re-roofing our patio cover. Angel was very nice and communicated well. He did a FANTASTIC job!. Plus, he cleaned up everything and hauled off the trash from the old patio cover as well. We are very satisfied with First Quality Roofing and would recommend them to anyone!

After accepting the proposal work began two weeks later with an excellent job. The roofing crew started the work on the sheduled date and completed the job in two days separated by one day waiting for inspection of the decking. The crew cleaned up the yard in a fine fashion. The job was completed in accordance with the proposal.

Everything went very well. They were very professional and very responsive. They did what they said they would do and did it in a timely fashion. Compared with some past experiences with roofers this experience was pleasant and refreshing. Very good work and very good experience!

I suffered some wind damage to my roof given the recent storms in the Las Vegas area, made obvious by about 4 or 5 water stains to the ceiling in different rooms of the house. This is a clay tile roof and I was surprised to see this type of damage.The person who did the estimate didn't bother to go on the roof, and maybe take some pictures to send me (I live part time in the Chicago area, however somebody was at the house to meet this roofer). He suggested to re-roof the entire house at a cost of $2,997.00. When I objected in favor of just a partial repair where needed he replied that the cost would be the same $2,997.00. That's when I became very agitate at the obvious attempt to defraud me. It's worth nothing the emailed estimate didn't list any detail of the work to be performed, just the money required. I'm a 70 year old man who has owned several apartment buildings and I am familiar with good and bad contractors, I must say this was my very worst experience and I've dealt with some jail birds in my business life. I've just joined Angie's List because of this job, read the reviews etc.. now I'm wondering whether or not these "A"s are self posted! I'm really disappointed at Angie's List and I'll make sure to inform my neighbors and friends of this experience. E.S.

The whole job took about one hour. Angel removed the roof tiles on a section of the garage roof replaced the torn liner and cleaned up the mess and re set the tiles. First class job. The bid was one half the cost of another roofing company. This is the second time I have used this company. A+++

Kevin arrived on time and inspected the roof. He took pictures and showed me the damaged areas. I had planned to replace the roof, but my budget was inadequate. Kevin was very good at showing me the advantages of good materials. First Quality has quality products and I plan to use them in the future.

The tile roof is 25 years old. The felt underlayment was shot and leaking. They took off all the cement tiles and put new synthetic on. They replaced some broken tiles. A very satisfactory job, and synthetic is much better, faster, and cheaper than the old style felt. Come with a great warrenty also.

Showed up on time and took care of everything messy with a trailer next to the house. The new roof was installed in one day and they even did the garage no charge. Had part of the roof was a flat roof and they did a different type of roof than shingle and it is wonderful no more leaks. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Timing seemed to be an issue, my first call to the office was missed because they left the office early on a Friday afternoon. the 26th. On my return call Mon,the 29t the first available appointment I could get would be the following Friday May 3rd. Being that I am from So. Cal I drove up to Vegas to meet with different companies and discuss bids on Mon April 29- May 2nd. Even though I knew I wouldn't be Vegas on the 3rd I figured they could look at the house and call with me a quote. No fault of theirs on the day of the bid my street was being paved and they couldn't get to the house. By the time they did make it to the house I had hired another company and Quality's bid wasn't needed. Early bird gets the worm.

I liked it very much. We had quotes before we joined Angie's list and they were going to tear the roof off and replace it. These guys came in and said that it wasn't necessary. They could handle it for a lot less. They sealed all the cracks and pointed out other areas that needed to be worked on but that was to be done by our air conditioning company. They even offered to talk to the air conditioning company to let them know what needed to be done. They were great. They even warrantied everything for I believe three year with the work that they had done. I haven't had any problems with it. I'm confident in what they've done. They would be the first one I would call if I needed anything else for the roof.

Great. It was easy to get a assessment of the roof. They took pictures and gave me a very detailed estimate. Soon after approving the estimate, the work was scheduled and completed on time. Excellent experience.

I was referred to First Quality Roofing by my neighbor who owns a home inspection company. When I phoned the office to request an estimate, the competent staff scheduled an appointment for Thurs. March 7. The estimator, Kevin, arrived early and explained what he found upon inspecting my roof. He took a couple of pictures that helped me understand the need for various repairs. Kevin told me the estimated cost for repairs and told me someone would phone me to schedule the date and time for the repair to be performed. The next morning the scheduler, Vidal, phoned me. We set up the time for repair for March 13 between 9-11 am. The roofer, Angel, arrived at 9:00 am. sharp ready to go to work. Once he pulled back the tiles and degraded felt, he told me the plywood was so damaged he didn't feel it would be prudent to not replace the plywood. He asked if I was amenable to his replacing the plywood. Seeing the sense in this, I said Yes. Although this was outside the estimate, I was glad he did not proceed mindlessly and put new felt over crumbling plywood. (To be fair to the estimator, without pulling back tiles and felt, he would not have been able to see how badly damaged the plywood was.) Angel purchased the sheet of plywood (company policy is to charge $50 per sheet) and went on to complete all work shortly after 11 am. I am VERY impressed with this company and each staff member that I had an interaction with. I am confident the work was done right and Angel fits his name just right!

After requesting a quote from First Quality Roofing, Billy and Kevin showed up exactly at the appointment time. They were clean and their shirts and jackets documented who they worked for. They were pleasant. We talked for a few minutes as to what my goal was... to reduce my electric costs specifically in the hot summer. They went into the attic and told me exactly what my friend (a house inspector) told me that I already had... R-30 and nothing over the garage. They provided me with two estimates for adding an additional R-15 for R-45 total and R-30 for overall R-60, both with and without the garage. I decided to go with the additional R-30 and 4 roof vents to allow the excess heat escape. They also indicated that I had a couple cracked roof tiles and indicated that the tiles removed to put in the vents would be used to replace the cracked ones. The two guys showed up on time at 7 AM and prepared the house. They had completed blowing in the insulation within a couple hours (not sure how long, but it seemed very fast). They took me into the attic and showed me what it looked like. It looked perfect and my friend housing inspector confirmed it was done correctly. They also showed me the roof vents and verified that the cracked tiles were replaced. They cleaned up and left after I called the office and paid Michelle with my credit card. I did receive a copy of the credit card receipt within a few days. I can not say enough good things about my interaction with this company. I have already verbally recommended them to neighbors. They also have a drywall company and I am positive I will use them when I renovate my living room.

The estimator showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the specific area where the roof was leaking. The estimator performed his work on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning a quote was emailed. The quote accurately described what the estimator referenced in his conversation with me the previous week. After accepting the quote the work was scheduled later that week. The roofer showed up on time and performed the work efficiently. The roofer gladly showed me the work he was doing and showed me once again the problem with the leaking roof.

I am very happy with the service and I will call them again.

I was in the process of short selling my home and the lender wanted a roof inspection to find out if the roof was leaking or not due to some water stains on the 2nd level. First off very disorganized, they wrote down the wrong phone number so it was a hassle just trying to get them to return my call to schedule an appointment. Red flag number 1 but I though they were legit. Next I told Michele (secretary I believe) that I need a roof inspection and that I need the report to mention the water stains and to say does the roof leak or not. Seems simple enough right? I then spoke with Billy who actually preformed the inspection (also a manager with the company) that I need something in writing addressing the water stains and if the roof leaks or not. Inspection was done, nothing was mentioned about the roof leaking or not leaking-- BUT INSTEAD I receive a detailed list of all the recommended repairs that they wanted to do. Nothing about the roof and weather it leaks or not. No problem, simply mix up right? NOT. I called the next day, spoke with Billy and was told that in order for this to be fixed, that he would charge a $250 water test. WHAT A LIAR!!! This was the complete opposite of what I was told earlier. Long story short, this company is a TOTAL SCAM based on my experience with them. Ive given them weeks to correct the issue and nothing has been done and my calls have been ignored. Anyway I hope this helps-BEWARE

We were given a price by two very nice gentlemen. We were called for an appointment. Two gentlemen came and fixed and cleaned up.

Billy came by to assess what needed to be done. Tiles were slipping off and some had fallen off. Also, pigeons (which I did not know about) had made a home for themselves in two separate places under my eaves. Billy was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was told precisely what should be done and given a fair price. An appointment was set and Angel arrived and started on the job right away. He obviously knew what he was doing and he was very courteous and kind. He took care of the tiles and the pigeon posts as promised and went over everything with me. In the future, when I need any roofing work I will definitely hire First Quality Roofing.
