I'm 83 yrs old and physically unable to climb to the roof to confirm quality of roof repair. Unable to communicate with single Hispanic employee. Company manager did not inspect roof repair for quality of repair.

Angel went in to the attic verified the amount of insulation with us and what we could do to help the situation. He is always prompt and very professional not only in appearance, but also in his actions. We would definitely recommend this company and will use the again if the need arises!

Perfectly. An appraiser came out took pictures and gave me a price on the repair that was reasonable. We set a date and an experienced roof guy came out with the matching tile and did the repair within a couple of hours. Very professional and I was very happy with the outcome.

I would not use this company to do anything. they were late they did not call. when I confronted the repair man he flippantly told me well I guess u don't want your work done. I fired him on the spot and told him to get off my property. I then got a call from his supervisor and when I told him what happened he called me a liar. what a bunch of losers stay clear of them

They installed/repaired my roof earlier this month. They were prompt, courteous and professional. A small hitch was immediately corrected and accompanied by a profusion of sincere apologies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of roof work.

I signed the agreement for the total re-roof and they ordered my shingle which came in about 6 wks later. Started on Monday and finished by Friday. It looks incredible and very professional. The work crew was very professional and they cleaned up all the debris they created. We are very happy with the experience.

Angel came out on time, and while here, asked if I'd like him to check roof tiles for cracks/breakage. I agreed, and he said the shingles were fine. He was very professional and answered my questions. The next day, I called the office with a question. I was told Angel was on vacation, and that the general manager would call me either later that day (Friday) or on Monday. I never received a call back. (This is why I rated Punctuality as a C rather than A, Professionalism as a C, and Responsiveness as a D.) I hired another company instead of First Quality, and am so glad I did. The company I hired checked my roof tiles, and they found 4 cracked tiles and 1 broken tile. I am grateful I hired the other company rather than First Quality.

As part of giving me an explanation and estimate for work needed to redirect the flow of rain water, the employee (I think his name was Angel) offered to do a free roof inspection. He said everything was fine. I thought that was good news until I had another company give me an estimate for the repair shortly thereafter. The second company found cracked and broken roof shingles, which Angel should have seen. I did not hire First Quality and would never call them back.

They did a good job. They took care of all the issues that we had at the time. Also explained that we may have problems in the future and that they would handle those. They cleaned up everything that they touched.

We agreed to a date, the material showed up on the morning of that date and the crew of three of the hardest workers you’d ever have the pleasure of meeting showed up at 7:45am and got right to the job, no messing around. They systematically removed and stacked all the roof tiles without damaging any of them and stripped of the old roof felt… it was 110 degrees that day with no cloud cover at all but these guys didn’t complain, whine or drag at all. They did take a well-deserved break between 1:00 & 3:00 to get out of the sun and cool off for lunch. When they got back they got right back into the job until the finished at 8:00PM! They were clean, professional and true craftsmen I can’t say enough about how please we are with their work and how easy they were to do business with.

estimate took a little long due to them being busy but understood - everything else was smooth. Angel was great and explained what needed to be done. And the gentlemen who came out and did the work took care to ensure nothing was damaged. They even covered the pool, which that was the biggest thing I was worried about.

First Quality was very responsive when I called. Billy showed up on time to give an estimate and answered all questions. Also recommended a drywall company (Southwest Drywall/Eduardo) to repair drywall. They scheduled and completed the job within two weeks, did a great cleanup, and I received my warranty the week following completion. This is the third time I've used this company, they're very dependable, I'm satisfied with all their work, and will use/recommend them again.

I am very pleased with the work done by the First Quality Roofing staff. They completed the work in four days, as promised and, to the best of my current knowledge, did an excellent job. The lead crew members stayed in contact with me as needed and were responsive to any questions or concerns I had as the work progressed. I chose this company based on the positive reviews on Angie's List website and by the satisfaction expressed by my friends who used them several years ago. Add me to the list of satisfied customers.....I highly recommend this roofing company.

I never got any reply from this company, despite leaving a request on their website and phone. It's been over 3 weeks, I ended up learning how to do the repair myself.
