First Quality Roofing & Insulation

Description of Work: We asked them about the shingles falling off our 3 year old roof. They confirmed our roof was falling off and suggested better shingles. We had them re-roof our shingle part. It took them 1/2 day.

Description of Work: Small roof repair became more major as my house is almost 30 years old. Workers gave great advice as to how they would overcome the short fall on my roof. They relentlessly worked for almost 2 days straight to complete my repair. Their job was remarkable! I will have them back to work on the remaining old roof. (probably after the summer) They are the only roofing company you will ever need!

Description of Work: At our home in Las Vegas, NV zip 89134, we had 90 broken tiles, due to golf balls hitting our roof, replaced. They also replaced a T-top and sealed pipes and penetrations on. They were quick to schedule and complete the job. They cleaned up everything when they finished the job. We were very pleased by how professional and efficient they were. I think their price of $990.00 was very reasonable and we will hire them again next year to check our tile roof for tile damage since we live on the golf course.

Description of Work: Angel and the team were wonderful!! Beginning with scheduling they were very professional. Angel came at the scheduled time for an estimate and provided three options for additional blown in insulation for my house. The bids were $1200, $1600 and $1900. I chose the highest so I would not have to put insulation in at a future date. Day of, they showed on time, laid out plastic to keep everything clean, made sure that the doors were safe so pets could not get out and performed the job in under the estimated time. I would give these guys a SUPER high recommend. Angel is very very nice and I appreciate the work they did. I am also excited to see what impact this makes to my heating/cooling becasue in some areas there was no insualation at all.

Description of Work: They blew extra insulation in attic and garage of an "R" value better than R-49,so I feel I definitely got my money's worth, considering another company wanted to charge me $1800 just to do my house attic and the only thing that saved me was when they were ready to do the job the price was higher, so I told them to forget it. With first quality roofing and insulation,the price they quoted is what it was,not a penny more, so that's appreciated in a world when other try to rip you off with hidden cost! Description of Work: Roof Maintenance. Sealed all flashings, drains and other roof top penetrations. Work was done quite to my satisfaction and Vidal was good to work with. Folow-up final inspection included before and after photos of work done.
