They did a good job and it was fine. They were here when they said they would be.

They need to come back to clean the glass. I was satisfied with their work.

Billy (one of the owners) was very prompt in providing an estimate. We compares several estimates and then asked Billy to come over and bring samples so we could go over details and ask questions. After meeting with Billy, we were satisfied that we wanted to have him do the roof. At the end of the meeting my husband asked if he could do better on the price. He came down an additional $200. Everything happened just as he said. Dumpster was delivered on time, roofers came on time and finished in a day and a half. Insulation was added to bring up to R38. All the trash was picked up and the guys even blew out the garage of all the dust and debris that fell. The roof looks great. Now we are just waiting for a nice, heavy rainstorm to see if it is as good as it looks.

I've used them a couple of times. They were very professional and they did the job when they promised. They always responded fairly quickly. They came within one or two days to complete the work. The price is probably a little higher but it is worth the quality that they do.

They came out when they said they would and the workers worked long hours for 2 1/2 days till done. They were great! The job was cleaned up and other than the great roof you can't even tell anyone was here. A+ from us!

I have had a horrible experience with this company. They came out and did nothing but tear things down and they got payed and did not complete the job. I have complained to the BBB and they have told them that they would resolve the problem but they have done nothing and whenever anybody complains about them they find a way to get the complaint removed.

I checked Service Magic.com for recommendations, and got three estimates. (1st quality, Titan and Professional roofing services). 1st quality called within 15 minutes of the request online. The estimator was out later that SAME day. He took a sample of the tiles and estimated the repair cost at $339. This job was considered a "level 2 repair." Most of the prices are tiered, so there is a bit less guess-work. It took almost 4-5 days for them to find matching color tiles, and the end result was close, but probably could have been a bit better. The technician showed up right on time, and had the job done in less than 45 minutes. It looked like a solid repair job to me... but only time (and rain) will tell. Everyone involved (receptionists, estimator, technician, etc) was extremely professional and courteous. The other two companies seemed a bit pushy to me... but first quality (formerly known as honest abe) was great. I would recommend them in the future.

Got four estimates from "A" rated Angie's List roofing companies. Estimates ranged from $9,000 to $9,700. The estimate by First Quality was provided by Vidal Cuevas, who also supervised the work. Vidal was always professional, prompt, responsive and respectful. Other employees were friendly and polite, asking repeatedly if their work was an interference for me. They also worked long days in blistering heat. First Quality Roofing performed the re-roofing exactly as its name states. They also provided a ten year warranty. Some extra work was required after the old roof was removed but First Quality did not nickel and dime me with additional change orders; I paid only $300 for requested extras. I would fully recommend First Quality to others.

This was a horrible experience all the way. They took about 30 days for them to complete the job. I had to actually call the owner of the company and by the time I got to him, he was very friendly. The workers however were very disrespectful. By the time I got everything handled. I had to scream and yell enough to get the owner out here. The owner had to do the repairs and if you ask me, the owner should not have to do that. The workers should of done it.

They did a very good job and I was pleased with the service of this company. They made sure to answer all of our questions and cleaned up all of the debris left behind. The workers were on time and friendly. They made sure to answer all of our questions as well.

It was noisy (we only saw the cats at night) but great! We got the estimate on Dec. 11, 2006, the day I called. Pete brought the contract to sign next morning (and came down a bit on the price) and 2 hours later they were putting bundles of shingles on the roof. Work began around 7 am the next day, they worked until it was dark, and finished up the following morning. No new plywood was needed, and they were able to lift the solar panels and mounting frame enough to slide the new material underneath without causing any leaks (Prestige Roofing wanted us to remove the panels and sensor wiring...not an easy job). When finished, the guys went all around the house picking up the bits and pieces that hadn't made it into their trash trailer--I found only 3 small bits later that they'd missed. The other two companies who gave us estimates, Prestige and Dean & Dunn, would have done the job for less, but I think the extra money was worth it.

Worker arrived on time and performed the work in a workmanlike manner. Roof tiles were removed and felt paper underneath was renewed as required, roof jack flashing was repaired/replaced and tiles were cut to provide a better fit around the roof jack than was provided on original construction of the roof. Have used this company before with excellent results.

Company representatives were on time and proformed work in less time than projected. They cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks great and doesn't leak anymore! Estimator had agreed to put chicken wire over chimney while they were on roof. That didn't get done. I called the office and they sent someone out within a week to complete the task. I dealt with 4 different people from this company and all were polite, professional and concerned that I be satisfied with the work they performed. They even made followup calls to make sure everything was ok.

First Quality Roofing really stood out with their polite crew, as they always used please and thank you. The crew made sure to clean up well and even used a magnet to make sure all of the nails were picked up. We had received six bids and theirs was the lowest we found.

When they first came out they repaired the roof the wrong way. Immediately after they realized it wasn t correct, they found an alternative solution and completed the job correctly. I thought they were a nice and respectable couple of guys. They did things in a very well and timely manner considering the problems they encountered. They were very effective when it came to cleaning up as well.

First Quality Roofing did a very good job on my roof. I was pleased with Robert and his crew. I felt that they were very easy to work with and they definitely knew what they were doing as it didn't take long at all to get the roof done. They were very clean in all aspects of the job and they even took all the debris with them.

First Quality Roofing did my roof just how I wanted it done. They offered us a ten year warranty and stood behind it 100 %. I had a spot that was leaking and had them come back to look at it. They tore off the whole roof once again and replaced insulation and re-did the roof. I feel that they were very easy to work with and they really stand behind their warranty.

First Quality Roofing provided us with a free estimate. They used good quality products and were neat as they did their work. We thought they cleaned up their mess well before leaving too. We would recommend them to others as we were satisfied.
