Terry was prompt when coming by to give me an estimate. He had a great attitude and explained everything thoroughly. He checked the roof and showed me digital pictures of the concerned areas. We set a date and his worker was prompt to do the work. He came in my house to review the work that needs to be done. He put on booties before entering so that he doesn't track in dirt from his boots, which I thought was courteous. After doing the work, he took digital pictures of his own showing me that the work was complete and also further recommendations in the near future. This gave me the reassurance that work was actually done and to be proactive for roof leaks. I waited till after the raining season to be sure I did not have any further issues and everything was good. I was completely satisfied!

Crew arrived on time as scheduled and repaired leak in garage roof. They did a thorough clean up. It all went very well and we have had no problems since.

Billy responded to our request for an estimate within two days. Two weeks later Angel and his crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work within several hours. Three days later, Angel returned and replaced a broken tile that had been broken during the project. These guys are TERRIFIC!! We will DEFINITELY use them again!!

All went well and the repair crew were very professional. We would have them back if more work is needed.

He was not prompt. He called after the time he was scheduled and said he would be late.

The owner came out promptly at the appointment time and inspected the roof of my 3000 ft2 home. He found one loose tile which he kicked back into place. He said my roof was in good shape and I wouldn't need another inspection for another 2-3 years and at that time I may just need to replace some of the sealant at the flashing areas. He showed me that they were just starting to show some cracking due to our hot, dry climate. I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty. I will be using him again and do not hesitate in recommending his company to my fellow Angie's List members.

Terry patiently inspected several areas of the roof to pinpoint the possible causes of the leak. He inspected the roof section by section, took multiple photos, and measurements to determine the scope of the repair. His cost estimates are very competitive comparing with the other vendors'. He made a few suggestions as how to do the repair correctly. Angel, the roofer who did the actual work pointed out a couple of other areas that needed special attention, he patiently explained to me what he would do to make the repair right.

From the first phone call to the estimate and job everything was first class.

Made an appointment for an estimate. Terry showed up right on time. Took measurements of my roof and explained everything to me. Explained to me a low slope system that I should use on my addition. He brought samples of everything with him so I could see the actual product. Gave me three different choices with three prices. Prices were right inthe ballpark with other estimates. He gave me a start date and the crew showed up right on time ready to work. Foreman explainedwhat they were going to do before starting. An excellent job. They covered my flowers with tarps during the tear off and cleaned up after the job was done. A very professional company.

The job was evaluated by checking the whole roof, estimated and scheduled. During this process, everything was explained which set my mind at ease as I felt this company really knew what they were doing. When the worker came out to make the repair, he was on time and told me what he was going to do. He did what he said he would do and cleaned up the area so one could not tell that there was a repair. He actually did a couple of small things that I was not charged for and told me that the roof looked good. We had a bad rain after the repair and there was no longer a leak. If I have another roof issue, I will certainly call First Quality Roofing.

The man who came to give an estimate was professional, and he took the time to answer our questions. Two days later the roofer came to repair the hole. He was very professional, did quality work, and cleaned up after he completed the job. Very satisfied with this company. The 305.00 total included a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member.

The roofer showed up on time and had a pleasant attitude. Just be sure to be home when they do the work, there was some conflicting information about one of the roof tile and also the placement of the pigeon spikes. I was watching so I was able to point out the issue. It wasn't a big deal but be sure to be there to avoid any issues after the fact.

This is the Company to Hire! The estimator was on time clean and put on booties to com in the house.He actually went on the roof took pictures and showed me the problem. On his way down he saw a slipped tile in another location and put it back in place.They prepared a written estimate and emailed it same day !When we were ready for the work the office worked with our schedule to find a day that worked. The day of the work.They were to start at 7 am, and you know what... The door bell rang at 6:59 am That is what I Call ON time!The painter Ernesto Put on Booties then proceeded to put plastic on the floor were he was working and furniture that probably was not in the way but he wanted to be careful. He also put plastic from the work area back out the door so he would not track or drip. We have an Orange peal textured wall which the repair and re texture on is so perfect you can not find the repaired areas!When he was done you never would have know he was there except for the very nice new wallsAlex came to do the roof. He was on time and proceeded to do a great Job!/ He found some bad wood and ran out and picked up replacement lumber and completed the repair. This company's employees should be applauded for their customer service, attention to detail and mastery of their skills. This is a Must hire company! I wish i could give a grade better than A

I converted my garage last year into an office and the heat from the attic seeps down and turns it into an oven. I have delicate computer equipment that starts to shutdown when it reaches 90+ degrees. I asked FQR to come out and give me a price to install (2) turbines that I had already purchased. Terry came out and gave me a price on the turbines and a whole new roof. I am self employed so my customers are taking their time in paying me. I asked Terry if he could just install the turbine now for $300.00. (I contacted other roofing companies last year and they wanted $200.00 to $250.00 each, and those were the ones that actually showed up. Two other companies flaked on their appointments). He said it was not a problem and would be able to do it today, less than 24hours of me asking. Angel showed up and within a couple of hours, they were installed. Very easy to work with and I recommend them to anyone looking to get a roof or maintenance. Thank you again FQR and I look forward to working with you in the future.

The First Quality team arrived on time, worked for a couple of days, left the property super-clean, and installed a roofing-system and reflective insulation that looks fantastic, is clearly of superior quality, and has given us piece of mind. We know that roof will last!! Terry and his guys did great work, well worth every penny. Because First Quality offers a complete roofing system, we are certain our cooling costs will be minimized. The technician that came out to check out the roof and do the estimates was very courteous, called before coming (which I always appreciate) and timely. He showed me pictures of what was going on where I needed repairs, so I trusted that what needed fixing was legitimate. He took a sample of a broken tile so that he could match the new tiles exactly. I did not get other estimates, so I don't know how this ranges for cost. The actual technicians that did the work were done in just a couple of hours, so I wonder if the price is a bit steep. I'm not sure, and next time I'll probably go through the process of getting multiple estimates, but the pigeon-proofing has been working fantastically and the roof looks good.

We got 3 estimates for this job. Other than the roof leaking we had a peigon mess. Nests, eggs & poop. They were the only company that would take care of it. One company asked when we could get the mess taken care of so they could start the roof. Terry went up on the main roof & took pictures of the nests & eggs around the rooftop A/C units. He said they would take care of it and they did. We have a low sloop patio roof & they wanted to use a special roofing that required a blow torch . I was very concerned about this procedure & researched it online & at Home Depot. We went with it and had no problems. Angel the guy in charge was very reassuring. He had 2 workers with him. They did a wonderful job; showing up on time; doing the job, clean-up. They ask for no money upfront; we didn't even pay them until after the weekend.It hasn't rained yet. But, I feel sure if there are any leaks they will follow-up.I highly recommend this company.

I called First Quality Roofing for an estimate of our 20 year old roof. It was a very good roof for the last 20 years but over the last few years had begun to show its age. And due to the recent high winds several dozen tiles were blown off. We called First Quality and set up an appointment with Terry Farley. Terry showed up for the estimate appointment right on time. He took all the measurements and gave several options for us to choose. We decided to go with his company based on the reviews of other members. We set up the job for the next two weeks. On the scheduled start day they arrived early (7:00 am) and proceeded to do the job. They were doing several of the jobs at the same time: old roof removal, lattice work and attic insulation. They worked all the way till 7:00 pm. The next day they were ready to apply the new roof and patio cover. This took another 12 hours. Each day they were very professional, cleaning up after themselves. Terry was present for each day supervising the whole project. The completed job looked very clean and professional and neighbors have already been complementing on how great it looks

I would HIGHLY recommend this company for their honesty and integrity. Terry came out to the property to give us a free estimate after some questions came up on a home inspection. He was straightforward and honest in his professional opinion...which was that the roof was in good shape and did not require any further repair at this time. It is refreshing to deal with professionals that realize that the long-term relationship is much more valuable than the quick buck.

In the beginning, they came out quickly for the estimate and provided excellent service. When the work was done, it seemed to go alright, however, we have had difficulty getting some help with some follow up. We were concerned that that the room is still cold, we are still using a space heater, and have turned up our thermostat. I asked to have someone come out and check it out, but our appointment was cancelled at the last minute and they are not returning my calls to reschedule. It has been several weeks. I consider this poor customer service, but maybe this is standard in the industry. It is only slightly warmer in the room so we will have to consult with someone else and see what else we can do after spending 2000.00 which was quite an investment for us. I wasnt sure what grad to give for quality since I really don't know if a quality job was done since the room is still cold.
