I contacted the (owner) of Sterling Construction for kitchen floor repairs and they did it all. From joist, subfloor and finished with Vinyl planks. Kitchen looks amazing. Best thing I like about the company is that he stayed in contact with me through the whole process and got the job done. Thanks again for your expertise and for my Kitchen floor. Our kid's heat went out and the rental manager gave permission for us to fix it and be reimbursed. This company provided excellent service and was quick to get there and fix the problem, Which is great since my husband was unable to get there since we live out of state. Very happy they helped my kiddo to stay warm.

This company is all about integrity. They fixed our air conditioning system immediately and the technician was extremely honest I suggest them for all your air conditioning & heating needs.

I had this company at my home for a repair estimate of my Air Conditioning system. They are expensive. In my opinion, they are not competitive pricing. For example they wanted to charge me $150 per pound of R22 Freon...and their quote for a new AC Capacitor was on the high $$$$. The tech was polite and courteous, but expensive $$$$. I had my repairs completed by another recommended company for half the estimate than Fast Response Services.

Great! Awesome job. They listened to what I asked for: to repair my air conditioner and that I could not afford to buy a new one at this time. Steve told me what was wrong and did not try to sell me new air conditioner just because my air conditioner was very old. First estimate I paid for guy said, "he had to repair panel and then motor might not work, so that would be additional fees to repair motor, so why waste thousands, just better to get a new air conditioner." Steve from Fast Response found problem, replaced parts, and fixed it, and then threw in a free thermostat that we probably broke trying to figure out what was wrong in the first place. Charged me what they quoted even though they had to replace the thermostat too. Plus paid less than the other company wanted to try and sell me before even knowing if that costly repair would even be the problem. Plus the initial consultation was FREE with Fast Response. I wish I had just gone with them first because they were HONEST, TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, and I'm very cool in my home with a working air conditioner. THANK YOU STEVE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AND YOUR COMPANY.

The tech was prompt on time. He provided great service. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly because we were in a bind with family staying over. We had an issue with the fan. He didn’t have the part in his truck but was able to find it. The tech was so amazing that he was able to go get the part and return on the same day. He did great quality work. The price quoted was the price charged. No up sell. The price was more than reasonable for the time spent. Thank you fast response.

We had Fast Response Services replace an old air conditioning/heat unit on our roof. The price was good and they did an excellent job with the installation. They showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time, even considering that they had to do some custom work due to solar panels on the roof. They also installed new smart thermometers for us.

Mike from Fast Response came to my home. first thing, great guy. After Mike tested the small things, like fuse first. Would have been cheapest fix. but not. I finally decided to replace my unit. I got three estimates, $15,000 from a "big" name, $8000 and the fast response quote 0f $6500. While mike was figuring things out, we started talking about an old furnace I had in my home. I've had the gas shut off. Just needed someone to get it out of there for me. Mike said that they would take care of it. I ask how much extra? he said, none. I said ok. When all was said and done. New heat pump and an old eye sore gone. I believe they went above and beyond. But, that all being said I was told payment would be $180 a month. The payment is over $200. Not sure who to blame that one on. Bank or fast response? I would use fast Response again.
